Peaceful, but not remote!
The house is lovely, & we immediately felt at home there. Gerda & Sandro had a long wait for us due to road problems from the airport, but we’re so cheerful & welcoming. The inside of the property is filled with everything you can possibly need for your stay. Very comfortable indeed. We spent most time outside, where there’s a choice of patios & beautiful flowers & shrubs. The main patio overlooks the olive grove, with far reaching views to little villages & beautiful hills. The sunsets are wonderful. It’s easy to get to other villages in Umbria & Tuscany. We visited many, some were well known tourist spots, but nearby places like Monteleone, Sarteano & Cetona are equally beautiful, & quiet.

Lovely home from home on the Umbrian/Tuscan border
We had a wonderful time at this beautiful house - it was a lovely retreat for when we were not out exploring although we did a lot of the latter, visiting Perugia, Assisi, Todi, Gubbio etc. Many thanks to Gerda!

Piccolo angolo di paradiso!
La vacanza ha risposto al nostro desiderio di relax.. il panorama è splendido, il cielo stellato immenso. Il casolare è ubicato in un punto strategico, dal quale facilmente si raggiungono tanti altri borghi e attrattive da non perdere. Proprietaria gentile e disponibile.

Ideal location to explore Umbria / Tuscany and Rome
We enjoyed a relaxing holiday in the cosy cottage. Ideal location for day trips to Firenze, Siena, Orvieto, Rome, Perugia. We were greeted by our friendly hosts upon arrival with a welcome beverage. Small kitchen but everything you need is available.

Emplacement idéal pour être au calme
Les propriétaires sont disponibles et sympathiques. La maison se situe dans un environnement calme, reposant et elle dispose d'un extérieur avec une vue magnifique. Une piscine pour les enfants et le confort nécessaire pour des vacances.

Erholsame Zeit in wunderschöner Umgebung
Ein sehr rustikales Ferienhaus in einer sehr ruhigen Lage. Wir füllten uns sehr wohl im Ferienhaus, auch wegen der super Betreuung durch die Vermieter.

Traumurlaub in wunderschönem Ferienhaus
Ein wunderschönes, sehr persönlich eingerichtetes Ferienhaus mit großem Garten in Hanglage mit tollem Blick auf den Monte Cetona. Sehr nette Vermieterinnen, die uns sehr gute Tipps gegeben haben. Gute Lage für Ausflüge in die Regionen Umbrien, Latium und Toskana. Sehr empfehlenswert!

Petit paradis isolé
Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette maison bâtie sur le haut d'une colline, avec peu de voisins et une vue superbe. L'accès se fait par un chemin de cailloux à prendre avec précautions. Les environs abritent des villages dignes d'intérêt, même Rome est accessible sur une journée. La communication a été excellente avec les 2 propriétaires (merci pour la réservation à la Pizzeria) Un grand souvenir que cette semaine du mois d'Août.

Una riposante settimana a Monteleone d’Orvieto
Le Signore Gerda e Marilena ci hanno accolto nella loro bellissima casa a Monteleone d’Orvieto dove abbiamo trascorso una settimana veramente piacevole e rilassante! La casa immersa nel verde della campagna è molto accogliente. Al tramonto, il paesaggio che si può ammirare dalla terrazza trasmette un vero e proprio senso di pace. Se poi lo si desidera ci si può spostare di poco e andare a visitare città bellissime come Assisi, Todi, Città della Pieve, Civita di Bagnoregio, Orvieto e la stessa Monteleone. Insomma, con i nostri quattro figli e il cane abbiamo trascorso proprio una bellissima vacanza!

Ottimo soggiorno
Casa molto piacevole, con un grande terreno e un bel panorama. La piscina e l'ampio terreno intorno sono stati molto apprezzati dai bambini. Le ospiti sono molto gentili e disponibili.

Nette und korrekte Gäste, und alles wurde in Ordnung gelassen, nichts wichtiges war kaputt was leider nicht immer der Fall ist! Clienti molto gentili e corretti, hanno lasciato tutto in ordine e senza rompere niente, cosa non scontata!

Très bon séjour
Nous avons passé deux semaines dans cette maison et tout s'est très bien passé. La propriétaire est très sympathique et serviable, la maison est très mignonne et est située au calme. Superbe terrasse avec très belle vue. Nous avons pu rayonner dans toute la toscane/ombrie, pour visiter des villes comme Rome, Florence, Sienne etc (tout ça à maximum 1h30 de route). Une mention spéciale pour le restaurant "il vecchio frantoio" à proximité, recommandé par la propriétaire qui est à faire absolument!

Schön für Familien, Paare, Freundesgruppen...
Gemütliches und geräumiges Haus mit wunderbarer Terasse und schönem Ausblick. Drinnen kühl, wenn es draußen heiß ist. Sehr kleine, aber gut ausgestattete Küche, die Spülmaschine hat nicht richtig funktioniert, aber bei den vielen guten und günstigen Ristorantes haben wir sowieso nicht gekocht. Viele gute Tipps von den freundlichen Gsdtgeberinnen. Großes Minus: massenhaft hungrige Mücken. Aber die waren in ganz Umbrien unterwegs.
