Tout etait fournis à l'arrivée : linges de lit, serviettes de toilette, liquide vaisselle, éponge et torchons. L'accueil des propriétaires etaient chaleureux et leurs conseils bienvenus. "Patrizia was a wonderful hostess with very clear instructions about our meet up and the apartment. She was very patient despite the language barrier and used Google Translate to make sure we understood her answers to our many questions. The apartment was very clean and well stocked for kitchen use, which we didn’t take advantage of since we only stayed one night. The bed was firm and comfortable, perfect for our first night sleep in Italy. We had a wonderful stay!"

"The address of the hotel was wrong on the Hotels.com web site. After an anxious hour or so our host was kind enough to come and get us, we were on foot walking the Via Francigena and the additional 4 miles back would have been a killer. Our host arranged for a cab the next morning so we were back on schedule. Worth the cab expense to keep on schedule. Wonderful evening meal and a great hotel. I would visit it again."

"Staff was very friendly and helpful always with a smile. Rooms were very large and comfortable, however bathroom was very tight relative to room size. A light in our room was not working, but it was fixed within a day. Enjoyed lounging in the beautiful common area which looked like it came out of a Restoration Hardware catalog. AC was adequate, but would have liked it a bit cooler. Understandable though because the temperature outside was very hot and we needed to keep our shutters closed during the day. Nice breakfast even with American coffee. All in all a great stay for our family."
