Summer in Montegrosso

We were a week in the apartment. The apartment is nice and well equipped. Despite is was a very warm week the apartment stays cool. The hospitality of Lorenza and Roberto are very good and they try to fulfill your wishes.

Schöner Ausblick. Ruhige Lage. Angenehme Temperaturen in der Nacht.

Das Haus liegt auf einem Höhenzug und man hat schöne Aussichten auf die umliegenden Dörfer. Es ist angenehm ruhig...tags und nachts. Wenn man tagsĂŒber die FensterlĂ€den geschlossen hĂ€lt und nachts lĂŒftet hat man angenehme Temperaturen zum Schlafen auch im Hochsommer. Draußen sind SchattenplĂ€tze zum Sitzen. Mehrere Restaurants sind im Umkreis von 1...5 km. Lorenza ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr empfehlenswert.

Schöne Wohnung mit herrlichem Ausblick. Gastfreundliche Vermieter.

Herrliche Lage, die Torismusziele Asti, Alba etc. sind schnell zu erreichen. Wir hatten die Wohnung im OG. Gute geschmackvolle Ausstattung. Wer gerne selber kocht, sollte sich evtl. ein Kochmesser und eine Pfanne einpacken. Sehr empfehlenswertes und preiswertes Restaurant „Centrale“ in ca 2km Entfernung.

Falsche Fotos im Inserat

Die Foto's 5 und 6 im Inserat zeigen das Wohnzimmer, der Vermieter und ist fĂŒr die GĂ€ste nicht zugĂ€nglich. Die Wohnung die vermietet wird besteht eigentlich aus zwei Etagen. Die Etagen werden separat vermietet. Die Bemerkung unter N.B., dass andere GĂ€ste NUR durch den Wohn/KĂŒchenbereich zu ihrer Unterkunft kommen ist erst seit kurzem geschaltet. Die Gastgeber waren zwar sehr freundlich und die Lage der Wohnung ist wirklich schön. Aber es geht ĂŒberhaupt nicht an, mit falschen Fotos und ungenauen Angaben auf einer Plattform zu inserieren.

Die sehr schöne Ferienwohnung entsprach in allem unseren Vorstellungen. Liebevoll renoviertes altes Weingut, geschmackvoll eingerichtet, gut ausgestattet und mit einer phantastischen Lage auf einem HĂŒgel ĂŒber der Landschaft. Un lieu magique !

On s'y sent bien, au milieu d'un paysage de collines Ă  180° avec des ciels changeants ( Nous avons eu la chance de voir les Alpes enneigĂ©es ). L'appartement est trĂšs propre, bien Ă©quipĂ© . La dĂ©coration est soignĂ©e, avec de beaux meubles anciens tout en respectant la simplicitĂ© du lieu . Tout le confort avec une trĂšs bonne douche , un lit "King size" ... Les propriĂ©taires sont charmants, accueillants, aux petits soins et en mĂȘme temps trĂšs discrets . Nous avons suivi leurs conseils- en Français !- pour visiter la rĂ©gion du Barolo et de Turin . Nous n'oublions pas prĂ©sence tout aussi discrĂšte, parce que clandestine, d'Antonio ... le chat !! Nous recommandons sans hĂ©siter cette location .
