Welcome to our apartment in Montegrino Valtravaglia, located in a quiet residence surrounded by greenery—ideal for those seeking relaxation just a short walk from Lake Maggiore. The apartment offers comfortable living spaces and access to exclusive amenities such as a swimming pool and tennis court, all set within a well-maintained park. It’s the perfect choice for families and couples who want to unwind amid the tranquility of the mountains and enjoy outdoor activities, without sacrificing proximity to local attractions.

The apartment, which features a private entrance, is spread over two levels to ensure maximum privacy.

The living area features a bright open-concept space with a fully equipped kitchen and a cosy living room, complete with all the comforts you need. From here, you can access the private balcony—the ideal spot for an al fresco breakfast while admiring the well-maintained park, the pool, and the mountain skyline. The floor is completed by a convenient utility area, which includes a washing machine and drying rack, leading to a modern full bathroom with a spacious shower.

The sleeping area on the ground floor features two cosy attic-style bedrooms, both equipped with individually controlled air conditioning to ensure a restful night’s sleep even on the hottest nights. Each bedroom has a closet with hangers and dressers, providing ample space for your luggage. The master bedroom also features a desk and a double bed, while the second bedroom has two single beds. The skylights, of course, have sunshades to ensure maximum comfort during your relaxation time and in the mornings.

Free parking is available near the property, but if needed, you can use a private garage (2.3 m x 4.8 m) inside the residence at no charge.

The apartment has free Wi-Fi.

The residence where the apartment is located is surrounded by a green park and features a swimming pool (20x8) and an outdoor tennis court for exclusive use.
The tennis court is available year-round (guests are encouraged to bring their own rackets and balls), while the pool is open from around mid-May through mid-September, barring adverse weather conditions.
Near the pool area, there are umbrellas, lounge chairs, showers, and bathrooms available for complete relaxation.

Pets are welcome for an additional fee.
Out of respect for everyone, pets must always be kept on a leash in the residence’s outdoor areas, and owners are required to clean up after them.
Inside the apartment, we kindly ask that you do not allow them on beds or bedding.
Owners remain responsible for any damage.
Finally, please note that, per internal regulations, dogs are not permitted in the pool area

Check-in is available from 3:00 PM onward; for check-ins after 8:00 PM, a €20 surcharge applies
