A special mention goes, Emiliano, whose warm, cheerful, and attentive attitude truly made our arrival feel special. He went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. We traveled with our two-month-old baby, and everything was smooth and enjoyable—something we really appreciated. The hotel is well-suited for families, business travelers, and couples alike. "This hotel is a total scam. They state that no outside food or drinks are allowed on the premises. One night, staff saw us bringing a pizza back to our room but said nothing at the time. The next morning, they suddenly demanded a €50 fine. We tried to reason with them, but they insisted on charging my credit card anyway. This was an unfair dispute and an unreasonable charge. Luckily, my credit card company eventually reversed the €50 charge. Please think twice before booking this hotel."
