Expedia charged me for a swin in suite but put on my reservations a junior suite. Resort did not honor what i paid for. My room was very nice but not what i booked through Expedia. Very angree about that. "

John, our host, communicated clearly and promptly before our arrival, even providing contact information for the house butcher and driver, which was very helpful.Nikita, the butler, was an absolute delight—warm, attentive, and ensured our every need was met with a smile. Nikita was incredibly helpful in organizing a surprise birthday celebration. Although we hadn’t communicated our plans in advance, she stepped in right away and made everything come together beautifully. The chef,Javan, impressed us daily with delicious meals, including a variety of flavorful local dishes. Shavar, our dedicated driver, was accommodating with our schedule and suggested great excursions. The sunset boat ride was my favorite. The housekeeping team, Kenneisha and Stewart, kept the home impeccably clean and well-maintained throughout our stay. The house itself was charming, comfortable, and decorated with beautiful Caribbean flair.Our only disappointment was the bedroom setup.
