"The ONLY COMPLAINT was the lack of courtesy from a senior front desk employee. Never a smile or courteous demeanor given during our stay. Ask a question and always got abrupt answers. My complaint was shared along with other family members and guests. This is not a reprimand on his demeanor but a suggestion to make known to him a customer especially during the holiday season should be responded to with a friendly approach. The curmudgeon personality was not at all acceptable. Otherwise our stay at the Fenwick was delightful. "

"The property was beautiful, location was great close to the beach, stores, and restaurants. Really enjoyed our stay. Just a couple of things the microwave was not cleaned and ice maker was not working. Other than that it was a wonderful stay."
