I absolutely loved everything about Nianna Cove Bay. The staff is friendly and the communication was there! Whatever I asked for I received! Ms. Lorraine made me feel extra special on my birthday. Nice stay!! It was quite pleasant. Check in was very easy …the grounds were beautiful and the host had great communication. I felt safe and at home there was not one thing I didn’t like well actually the upstairs TV in one of the bedrooms had no volume but that was fine, I will definitely be back !!!

We had an overnight stay at the property and the customer service was excellent from the moment we booked. Neena was very supportive, offered tons of information and offered. When we arrived the staff were professional and helpful. The place was clean and bright. The amenities were great, the only suggestion is to have some water available. I’m looking forward to coming back and spending more time!!

They are beyond unprofessional. I double checked 2x to make sure that the place and decorations I ordered would be ready for our arrival and they agreed that we were set. When we arrived, we had to sit outside of the house for over an hour. There was no security or staff at the location while we were waiting. No one was replying to my messages. They also have these cats at the location that kept trying to take our food. It was already way too hot for that. When I finally spoke to the female owner she was so rude telling me about how she is 75 and retired so it’s not her problem. Despite us not being able to check in until 5, the male owner refused to contact us as he was “out of the country” and instructed his employees to “kick us out if we didn’t pay a cleaning fee” according to them. So we requested a refund (did not even enter the property at this point) and all we got was attitude and them treating us like we were at fault for something. So then I said we won’t be paying a cleaning fee until the male owner will speak to us. Despite them agreeing to that, they sent the security (which was no where to be found earlier) to come demand that we pay this fee. We explained the situation to the security and he completely understood our frustration and left without collecting the fee. So much transpired since then but in summary, I've been getting verbally attacked by this owner since this day. Im already back home...

We really liked our stay here in Montego Bay. The townhouse is very clean, modern, and spacious and we liked having a pool to dip into. It’s in a good safe location for activities in the area. We didn’t rent a car so our hosts connected us with Frank from Funshine Island Tours who picked us up at the airport and was very knowledgeable about the area, good restaurants, local attractions, etc., and got us everywhere we wanted to go. We were also given a pass to the Rose Hall Beach Club which was a lovely place to spend the day. Highly recommended for people who are not into the all-inclusive resort scene and want to experience more of Jamaica. We would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful place to stay

Our stay at Nianna Coral Bay was outstanding. The well-appointed townhouse provided us with a perfect base for our vacation in Montego Bay. Neena, the owner, was in touch well before our visit and made certain that we had all the information we needed in advance, as well as provided answers for all our questions, before and during our stay. The staff greeted us warmly and made sure that we lacked for nothing. This is the perfect choice for those seeking a home away from home.
