Beautiful view and house
Celebrated my Mom's 70th birthday and it was perfect! The only thing I would suggest is adding to the posting that food is additional and not part of staff cost as well as suggested 15% gratuity based on price of rental so people know up front prior to booking.

Jewel of Stay
My wife wanted to have a birthday gathering in Jamaica. The space was perfect for the seven guests and well set up for fun. The staff catered to our every need, kept the villa spotless, and were great people. The meals were great and we customized our meals for the whole week. Everything that came out of the kitchen was delicious. They gave my wife a special dinner on the patio, with lights and happy birthday banners. Camille, our host, was absolutely great to work with in setting this up. She was responsive to every email I sent and every request we made. Her attention to detail was reflected in the staff that took care of us and the beautiful art hanging on the walls. Built into a hillside the Villa has stairs both inside and out. That may be a challenge for some but, except for the master BR, all of the bedrooms are on the main level with doors that open up onto the patio. The largest bedroom suite is upstairs with a private deck and a huge bathroom. We loved our time and I suspect we’ll be back.

Perfect!
This property is love! The home is older than you can tell from the pictures, but has all the charm and peace of Grandma’s house. It’s spacious floor plan accommodated 4 couples easily and restored and filled us all. All of the rooms were spacious, cool and clean. Some areas could use attention such as how to turn on the shower, but that doesn’t detract from the experience AT ALL!!! Camille and all of the staff Desmond, Norman, Lorraine, Violet, Donald, and Ms. Beverly were all such beautiful and pleasant people. If you want to be restored, be cared for, and eat the best food of your life from Ms. Beverly this is the place for you.

Great Accommodations! Great Staff!
This villa was perfect for our group of six with plenty of room to relax and spread out. We spent most of our time at the porch or around the swimming pool. The house is well maintained by a wonderful staff who took care of everything from shopping, preparing meals, making drinks, keeping our rooms neat, to driving us wherever we wanted to go. They were there when needed and invisible when not. We ate all but two meals at the house, and the food was fantastic - better than one of the very high end restaurants that we ate at one night! Everyone of the staff was very friendly and very accommodating. The villa is in a gated community so we were not at all concerned about our safety. If you are planning a trip to Montego Bay, I highly recommend this property.

Caribbean Jewel
The Caribbean Jewel was everything that was advertised and more. The staff was beyond amazing. Very attentive and helpful. We had problems with our luggage not arriving and Desmond stayed on top of the communication with a representative at the airport the entire time. Camille was also amazing. She helped with a couple of sensitive needs we had as well as stayed up one night waiting for the delivery of our bags. Chef Beverly created the best meals. We thoroughly enjoyed just relaxing at the villa. I would recommend the Caribbean Jewel to anyone and look forward to going back.

Family Time
We were very happy with our stay. The house, pool and grounds were lovely. The staff were also really great. It was amazing to have home cooked meals out in the warm night air, not to have to clean up after ourselves and to have a butler to arrange things for us! The one thing we did not anticipate was the hilly neighborhood. Walks with strollers and runs were hard and we are a very fit group. We should have realized this because beautiful communities like where this house is tend to be up from the roads that go along the coastline. This slight negative was offset by the amazing views from the house out to the sea. We would definitely stay here again if we return to Jamaica.

From the initial booking and working with property manager Camille to getting to the property the entire process was seamless. Personnel was attentive and personable. Desmond and the team ensured all our needs were met. We elected to cancel a day of excursions to stay on property as it was so beautiful! Kudos to Mrs Beverly the cook who is a true gem! We willl definitely visit again!

Vacation at the Jewel
I just can’t say enough about this villa. It was amazing and full of excitement, but very relaxing at the same time. Everything you read about the house is on point. The view of the ocean and outside living was wonderful. Beverly’s food was out of this world. The staff made us feel very welcomed. Lorraine and Devon where very quick to respond to any questions we had sorry I can’t remember the other two staff members name. I would definitely recommend and would return again. Camile was easy to reach and her response was always quick.Thank you.

From my first conversation with Lennox I knew that I was speaking with a true gentleman. Lennox and his family and friends were the PERFECT guests. Extremely nice, considerate of the staff and the word that keeps coming to mind for Lennox and his family and friends is "Class". The staff at Caribbean Jewel hopes that he will allow them the privilege of serving him, his family and friends again in the near future.

I had a wonderful time here in Jamaica. My family and I really enjoyed the staff. We were not use to anyone catering to us like that. The chef was excellent. The food was just great. Over all everything was just great. I can go on and on but I will come back again. Oh yeah! I got to tell you that our driver Mr. Norman took real good care of us. Great place to stay.

Perfect in every way.
Camille was an incredible and thoughtful host. The entire staff is kind, gentle, and does everything they can to ensure you have a wonderful stay. Chef Beverley's food was the best we had, we ate out one night, and in hindsight, there was no need. I was celebrating my 30th, and with Camille's help, we had two very beautifully prepared celebrations at the villa. The full time driver is a must, and Devon, the butler, was incredibly thoughtful and patient with my lively group every day all day. Will definitely be back.

Camille, Desmond, and all of the staff at the house were absolutely excellent! The house was extremely clean and the staff was meticulous about keeping the rooms in order. The chef was also excellent - there was no need to eat out. Would highly recommend for a family or friends gathering - just remember to bring bug spray!

Absolutely magnificent!
This is my third trip to Jamaica, and my first not staying at an all-inclusive resort. I wasn’t sure what to expect, but my friends and I were blown away by the hospitality, care, and dedication of the staff and Camille to ensure we had the most amazing experience. Every single meal was on point, the butler, Desmond, was beyond incredible at working to meet all of our needs and then some. The chef, Beverly, made some of the most incredible, tasty food we’ve EVER had, and it was all incredibly reasonable. Camille also helped to arrange private transportation for our stay, and it was well worth it. The driver, Romaine, was a gem! Absolutely no complaints, except that the trip had to come to an end. We will absolutely be back, and we wouldn’t think of staying anywhere else! If you’re on the fence, don’t be! You won’t regret it!

Ms. Camille and her staff were absolutely amazing. I chose this villa to celebrate a milestone birthday with 8 of my friends and it was perfect! The staff went above and beyond to make this stay and birthday the most memorable one yet! If I could rate more than 5 stars, I would. The Villa itself was stunning, extremely clean, well kept, and literally looks exactly how it is pictured here. However, the service is what truly makes this Villa stand apart. They fulfilled all of our wants and needs, expressed and unexpressed. They were the most attentive, genuine caring, staff ever. The service received here is priceless. The Villa Owner, Ms. Camille is truly a gem. She is easy to reach and hands on with her guest to ensure the best experience ever. A special thank you to Desmond, our amazing Butler. He makes anything happen! and Norman our driver, you wont be late or mislead with any activity or excursion with him! and of course to Ms. Beverly our Chef. The food was DELICIOUS. Phenomenal Vacation! Can't Wait To Go Back!
My experience at the Caribbean Jewel was nothing short of AMAZING. Our party of nine women spent five days at Camille’s villa and none of us wanted to leave. From the time we booked, which was several months prior to our stay, Camille was extremely helpful and responded to our many inquires timely. Upon arriving in Montego Bay we were picked up from the airport by the driver Norman. We also utilized him as our full-time driver throughout the duration of the trip, which was the best decision we could have made. Norman was professional, extremely prompt, gracious, and due to his presence, the nine of us felt safe everywhere we went no matter the time of day or night. The house itself is spacious, beautifully decorated, and extremely clean with breathtaking views. However, none of those things compare to the staff. The butler Desmond’s service was exemplary as he ensured that we had everything we needed at all times. Violet and Veronica kept the home immaculate, and the gardeners kept the grounds gorgeous. Lastly, I must acknowledge Ms. Beverly, the chef, who cooked the most delicious food I’ve ever tasted. Our last night in Jamaica we decided to eat out and we were highly disappointed because the food was nowhere near as delectable as Ms. Beverly’s. We asked her if she would come home with us, but she politely declined. I have never written a review before though I felt I had to share my experience regarding Caribbean Jewel in hopes that others will visit, it is that remarkable.

The Caribbean Jewel is a true gem!
Just completed my stay at the Caribbean Jewel. I came with my girlfriends to celebrate a milestone birthday in Jamaica. From the time we arrived at the villa the staff provided the best service you could ever imagine. They also created a lasting birthday memory for me with the little surprises they had prepared for me. Desmond, who headed the staff, catered to our every need. He was professional and polite as he served in his various roles in the villa. All we had to do was ask and Desmond ensured we were taken care of. Miss Beverly, the chef, created some of the best Caribbean food ever. Her curried chicken and shrimp were amazing. The jerk was some of the I've ever had. Her deserts were mouth watering. The villa was beautifully appointed with unique art and decor that added to its' charm. The bedrooms and bathrooms were impeccably clean and similar to the pictures shown online. The landscaping on the property was well maintained. I look forward to coming back to the villa the next time I'm in Jamaica.

I booked Caribbean Jewel for my colleagues and I who were celebrating a milestone. Camille was nothing short of an absolutely fabulous host and her communication made all the organizing and pre-planning a breeze. She made sure our every question and concern was addressed prior to landing in Jamaica, and when we did in fact arrive we were more than WOWed. Caribbean Jewel is a special place. Forget the resorts - nothing could compare to this gorgeous, thoughtfully decorated home with exceptional views. And if the facilities weren't enough, the staff make it true magic. Desmond who was our 'butler' and acted as chief of staff for home, catered to our every need with a smile and perpetually sunny disposition. I would come back to Caribbean Jewel in a heartbeat. The only minor inconvenience was the need to bring cash for food/alcohol, transportation and gratuity - it doesn't seem like a big deal til you realize it can amount to $1000-$2000 (depending on your group size and activities) and the ATMs limit how much you can take out per day. Bring US dollars in advance and you should be fine ;)

This villa looks exactly how its pictured. The beds were very comfortable. The villa was very clean, modern and well kept. The butler, Desmond and cook, Patricia made sure that we were always well fed and taken care of. The owner hired a band for my birthday! It was amazing and I would definitely stay there again!

Awesome Villa- Our best vacation ever
This Villa is truly awesome, All the rooms are outstanding and the pool was great. The entire staff was amazing. Especially Desman who went out of his way to take care of everything we needed. Beverly the cook, is probably the best cook we every had. Every meal was perfect. The chicken nuggets we had for snacks at the Super Bowl, were better than I thought Chicken nuggets could be. We were all pleasantly surprised, that they even took care of our laundry a few days during the trip. Our clothes ended up cleaned, neatly folded, and even had flowers on top of them. If you are going to stay here, I definitely recommend using Norman the driver. Norman took the guys to the golf course each morning and took the girls anywhere they wanted to go. Without Norman, it would have been impossible to get everything done that we did. Camille, the owner, was very friendly and easy to work with. She made sure we had everything we needed and I want to thank her for ensuring that our stay was perfect. Everybody in our travel party wanted me to pass on that it was the best experience they ever had on a vacation, and we are sure to return.

Best vacation ever!
There are no words to describe how relaxing and enjoyable this villa and its lovely staff made our multi-family vacation. It all started with the owner who, prior to the trip, made sure that every detail was taken care of. Once we arrived, the staff treated us like kings and queens and made sure our young children felt comfortable and happy. Jermaine, the butler, predicted our every need and took the lead in planning our excursions to make sure our trip was memorable. Beverly, the chef, cooked us meals that left us speechless every time. The housekeepers and the gardeners kept our belongings and surroundings always clean, neat, and looking beautiful with their extra touch. Even Norman, our driver, was always on time and made sure our excursions were flawless. We are so sad to leave and can't wait to come back!

Just wanted to give some feedback about our recent stay to start the new year in Jamaica. We couldn't have had a better time. The villa was amazing with tons of space - beautifully decorated. All of the bedrooms were large with beautiful views, We spent all of our awake hours between the pool and the outside patio/living space. We ate every meal outside and relaxed, played games, read from sun up to sun down. Our traveling group consisted of two very busy families and we had an incredible time relaxing and enjoying the beautiful home-- such an incredible time, that we were hesitant to leave even on daytrips. The staff was truly amazing. They treated us so kindly-especially Jermaine who went above and beyond to figure out our personal preferences and was always there with a smile. Every morning he had coffee prepared as soon as I and the other early riser were up. He mad everyone feel so comfortable and relaxed. I personally spent a good amount of time with Bev ( grocery buddies) and miss her AND her wonderful cooking. She made so many delicious meals for us - offering suggestions or things that she thought we would like. We did not have a single thing that we did not love. Actually right now, I am daydreaming about some of her wonderful breakfasts. All the staff at the villa, including Norman, could not have been nicer to us. Everyone went above and beyond- we felt pampered like royalty. Camille also was wonderful to work with and made sure everything was set before we came and that the stay itself went perfectly. We have never been on vacation where we have felt so taken care of and where you didn't have to worry about a thing. Our family travels a lot and we have been many places in the Caribbean for rentals, and never before have we had such a wonderful and relaxing vacation. It was better than any other rental, and much better than a resort. Hopefully this is only the first of many trips at Caribbean Jewel.

Ultimate Villa Experience
We stayed at Caribbean Jewel January 7-14th 2017. First I would have to say that the house is beautiful and matches everything advertised in the VRBO pictures. Every bedroom has a remarkable ocean view, and beautiful en suites. We were there during football (American style) playoffs and there are plenty of large flat screens in the house , and one outside, that got virtually every station you would want. The pool is beautiful and the outside living space is expansive and very very comfortable. We ate all meals with the exception of one at the beautiful outside table that would comfortably seat 12. This however is not the best part of staying at Caribbean Jewel. The staff is what makes the stay extra special. Jermaine will be your main point of contact and will see to your every need. He will be there from breakfast until after dinner and serves your drinks as well as your meals. He will ask what you have planned for excursions and will ensure that you have the opportunity to do everything you had planned on your vacation. In short......he's the man!! Beverly is a wonderful cook and I recommend going with her to the grocery store when she shops, as she always has questions on your likes and dislikes and offers suggestions you may have not thought of when choosing off the menu. Beverly not only cooks great breakfast's and dinners, but is a baker and serves some delicious desserts as well. Shawna and the rest of the house staff are so friendly, warm, and engaging you almost do not want to leave the house to do your excursions. My wife stayed back twice and she said she was pampered by Jermaine while Beverly made her a hearty soup and sandwich for lunch. Don't get me wrong the staff is in no way intrusive and will be there for you as much as you please...... or not, when you need privacy. I would 100% have to recommend hiring Norman for the week as your driver. Norman is such a professional, reliable, and extra careful driver that you never feel hurried or anxious, and knows everyone and everywhere. Last but certainly not least the owner Camille is a gem of a person and will make sure she communicates with you as many times as you need prior to your vacation. She is upfront regarding everything and there will be absolutely no surprises upon your arrival. If you are going to Jamaica with a group, look no further then this place for an amazing experience, beautiful home, extra special staff and honest and welcoming owner. We will be back!
