Don't know where to begin..... Communication with Evelin Kalteis (owner) prior to arrival was excellent, everything was as explained. Dwayne and T'man met us on arrival at airport, and were within earshot or a txt message all week. Pappa D, was a fantastic host who even invited us to sit in on his radio show. Martin is an amazing Chef... 2 couples joined us for the last few days and both said Martin's meal was the best they had eaten the whole time on the Island. Everyone at Triplets made us feel welcome and part of their family. We felt like we were home. only comment not positive is the outdoor space is very limited for larger groups wanting to lounge by he pool area or ocean for relaxation & swimming. Note: I forgot my glasses in the van and Dwayne met me at the airport to give them to me a week later! Pappa D, T-Man, Dwayne & Martin.... all are amazing, and made us feel like family! We plan on returning again to Triplets,

Best family and Birthday vacation ever
Staying at Triplets on the Bay was by far the best decision I have ever made when it comes to traveling. We had everything we could have possibly needed at the house for cooking and enjoying our stay. When I booked I really liked how the place was right on the ocean and the pictures don't do it justice, it is so much more!! I strongly recommend utilizing all the people that are available when you stay @ Triplets on the Bay. Dwayne was available whenever we needed to drive us anywhere we wanted to go. We experienced the Real Jamaica and not just a resort. I feel blessed to have experienced Jamaica for all its beauty and it was only because of the staff. T-man was a phenomenal tour guide giving us the history of Jamaica and sharing with us his knowledge of the Island and all it had to offer. Papa-D shared his music with us and watching him play the guitar and sing was the most amazing B-day present I have ever received. Martin was an outstanding Chef and he was so willing to make whatever we asked of him including some very specific dietary restriction options. Evelin was also very welcoming and responded quickly to all our requests through the VRBO app. I enjoyed our conversations immensly. I feel like we not only had the best vacation of our lives but we now have life long friends. We will definetly be going back in the near future. This vacation truly changed our lives and it is due to it being an experience and not just a trip! Much love, The Amato-Beck family

nice place but not to US/European standards
The view from the house is great, the shared pool area is nice and the owners are friendly. We enjoyed the goodbye song ! However the cleanliness is not what you would expect from a well rated vrbo property (hair in bathrooms and floors, sticky stove and counter) and the house comes with no amenities (no shampoo or body wash, no coffee/tea) so plan ahead if you stay there.

Wonderful stay on the beach
What can I say that other reviewers haven’t already said? Maybe some “you should knows” for future travelers: - Tman and the crew are just as amazing as the reviews say. It’s like no place I’ve ever stayed - we were family while we were there. - The location is very convenient, no matter what part of Jamaica you’re going to. The private beach is small but excellent. - Have at least one meal at home with Martin. He beats most local restaurants, and for half the price. - There’s one sketchy area nearby. Tman will point it out if you ask (or if you look like you’re about to go out for a walk at night). - Check in / out logistics were so easy and flexible!

Best VRBO in Montego Bay
We had such an amazing time at this home, thanks to Dewayne, Tman, PapaD and Martin. They were so welcoming and helpful, there when we needed something, and out of the way when we just wanted to relax. We will forever consider them our family. The home is in a prime location, right on the water. The pool is maintained and immaculately clean. Some people have commented on the road noise, it it didn’t bother us.

Ocean side was nice, but the location otherwise not good. Right next to a very busy 4 lane, caused issues with sleeping. We also were surprised that only the bedrooms were air conditioned. Kitchen especially got hot Maintenance could be better

If you are going to Jamaica to relax and be pampered & loved, this is the place for you. Villa - absolutely gorgeous, spacious & fully equipped. Location - right on your own private piece of the ocean. Stunning, exquisite and so relaxing. But most importantly, the people - your new family for life! Gabrielle is the most loving, caring individual. PapaD is so talented - he will perform a personal concert for you! Martin is your personal chef for your stay. Wow, what a beautiful Stay at Triplets on the Bay!
This is a gorgeous VRBO stay here in Montego Bay Jamaica! It was a very comfortable, spacious place and our hosts Tman, Papa D, Chef Martin and Gabriela were very accommodating. We were greeted right away when we arrived at the property. We had our own transportation while in Jamaica, but Triplets on the Bay also offered to drive us as well for a cost. The bedrooms and bathrooms were clean and spacious. There is ac full size fully furnished kitchen and refrigerator for your use here. They provided clean towels for bathing and use for the pool and ocean swimming. Chef Martin grilled fresh caught lobster for us. And Papa D and Gabriela with Dub-Party FM online radio station played all kinds of music for us during our stay. This was a safe, secure place with gorgeous views of the Bay Area. Bring your snorkeling gear if you come stay here as this is a great place to snorkel near the reefs. I highly recommend staying here at triplets on the bay. We’ll be back!

Great Place!!
We had a fantastic time on our family vacation to Jamaica and our stay at Triplets on the Bay was excellent. T-Man, Papa D and Dewane were all amazing and accomodating. We would have given a perfect 5/5 if it had not been for the road noise which you can hear day and night. Highly recommend this property for a great vacation.

Our stay at The property was delightful as it was even better than the pictures with private beach acess and all the attendants at the house were beyond warm and welcoming while they attended to all our needs. I would highly recommend this guest house when visiting the montego Bay area.

A week of Heaven
There were 5 of us. Myself, my 2 young adult children and 2 of their friends enjoyed an amazing week. Papa-D made sure everything was going smoothly, Dewane drove us everywhere we needed to go whenever we wanted. T-man is the life of the party. Always explaining things about Jamaica, helping us navigate and get anything we needed. Martin cooked for us one night and as my daughter said “it was the best meal we had the entire vacation”. So many memories made but wouldn’t have been possible without the generous care and attention shown to us. Our last night Papa-D shared his music with us while Dewane and T-man were professional back-up singers and dancers. It was truly an amazing experience.

Beautiful Jamaican Experience
Breathtaking views from the property. Triplets on The Bay hosts were amazing . They Made us feel welcomed right away. TMan welcomed us with very great positive energy. Swim in the ocean was just few steps down. Someone was always available to answer questions. Great location with walking distance to few restaurants and gift shops.supermarket was just 2 min drive. Martin cooked us amazing dinner for very reasonable fee. Goodbye was amazing PapaD sing us “Don’t worry “ song which ended this stay on amazing note. We will be recommending this stay to our friends and family due to amazing atmosphere it provides when in MoBay

Lovely People and property.
Evelin's "Triplets on the Bay" in Montego Bay Jamaica was near perfection. It was beautiful. PapaD and Tman are such gracious hosts. They shared their lives with us. Their rastafarian belief and lifestyle shines through all they do. Such fun lively people. So helpful too. Martin cooked for us the best meals we tasted in all of Jamaica. Thoughts of AJ still make us smile.

A beautiful paradise
We visited Jamaica for the first time on honeymoon. This beautiful hidden gem was a PERFECT getaway. We awakened to a beautiful view, snorkeling literally in our “backyard”, a security guard “T-man” who was extremely friendly and made sure we had the best experience. Our driver “Papa D” was EXCELLENT. He has a radio station and we were able to enjoy his music … he drove us ANYWHERE we wanted to go, opened the door for me “I felt like a princess” and always stayed near while we shopped and enjoyed Jamaica in case we needed help. Our Chef Martin cooked us the most DELICIOUS authentic Jamaican meals (ya’ll… we literally bounced in our chairs and hummed while eating lol) and he cleaned up after. We even got to meet Miss Evelyn (the owner) who is the perfect touch of class and beauty. We will definitely return here for every emenity provided. Best travel so far! Thank you

Couldn't be any better
This was my 50th Bday and our 25th anniversary. We couldn't have had a better time. From communication prior to our arrival and being picked up by Pappa D and T Man (the General), to the guided tour of the local area, it was a great experience. The only downside was we found the beds to be on the hard side. But some people like it that way. And by no means is a negative reflection on our stay. We felt 100% safe there and Pappa D is a phone call or door away. We used him for our personal Taxi. I would suggest using him as well. T-Man, aka The General is full of energy and knowledge. Make sure to connect with him for the surrounding area. He is kinda of a thing there locally. :) I could go on and on about this place. We plan on bringing our family down and will book this location again. Note: this location is not by any of the attractions. It is a private villa. You will need to take a taxi to get anywhere. This is exactly what we wanted.

I don't understand that??? The house is always carefully cleaned before new guests come! "Not Safe" ??? The gate is always locked in the evening and 3 securities guard the house day and night!!!

Awesome stay!
The stay here was awesome! We are a family of 7(5 children) and we couldn't have asked for anything more. The house was ready for us when we got there. We were met at the property by Tman who showed us around the house and told use everything that we needed to know. The house itself was very clean and well equipped. Papa D droves us anywhere we wanted to go, and Martin prepared us 2 delicious meals at our request! ( Anything we wanted). The pool was kept clean. And the views were just breath taking. We absolutely loved it here and we're already planning to come back next year.

Me and my husband really enjoyed triplets in the bay . The guys there Martin , Pappa D and Tman were extremely helpful . They were always available anytime of the day to assist us with any and anything. The house was clean each room had a bedroom which was very convient.

We had a wonderful time and that is because the staff, Poppa D, who took time from his radio program to drive us to different place. 10/10 experience Views, Location, and Customer Service
We are very pleased with this stay! My friends and I chose this property not only because of the great views, but because of the positive reviews. Tman and Papa D were very attentive and helpful. We appreciate Chef cooking a surprise birthday brunch for us. No hotel or resort will make you fresh BUSCH TEA from scratch on the island :) The location of the property was perfect. Beach, foodddd, grocery store, US bank, KFC!! and night clubs all within 10 minute distance. A must stop is Splendid restaurant in the plaza at the light and across the police station. Food is fresh and authentic & the best on the island!!!! Make sure to stop to see Robert at the gift shop as well! Everyone takes care of you here in this area. Definitely will be back sooner than expected! Can’t thank this team enough!!!

INCREDIBLE AND BEAUTIFUL
We cannot say enough about this heavenly place! Papa D, T Man and Martin took the best of care of us 4 girls. Papa D was always willing to drive us to any destination at any time. Martin was a fabulous cook and T Man was there on the spot. Beautiful views, nice pool and the 3 bathrooms were a bonus. Try Scotchies down the road as they have some very tasty food with a tiki bar. The Blue Hole was worth the drive and Doctors Cave was one of the best beaches I have been to. The three hosts serenaded us with music on the last night and we thought we died and went to heaven. Just amazing mon!!

The Real Jamaican Experience
Overall I would stay here again. T-man was perfect and he went over and beyond to make sure we were good. Papa D also a gem and major asset to the stay, he was working from day 1 to the final day to keep us safe and we felt very comfortable with him. We were able to be our natural self and we also felt like we were from Jamaica the way the staff allowed us to just live like a local. Highlights were the conversations with T-man and the live performance by Papa D and so many others, really felt at home here. The relationship we gained I appreciate them and will forever be a friend when I come back if I can't stay there because of them being booked I will forever know I can go talk to my friends, at the Triplets on the Bay what a awesome trip too many positives to even talk about the negatives!

An amazing home away from home

Holiday at Triplets by the Bay
We had a GREAT time in Jamaica this past week for our family's Spring Break and we were VERY happy with this rental property. The staff on site were super kind and helpful, we LOVED working with AJ (chef!) and Papa D and T-man - they gave directions and advice and keep the place beautiful and safe. We highly recommend!!!

I will say that the view is amazing from the property. The house is located on a main road which made it very convenient to be able to walk to stores and local food places. There is a restaurant that sells the best jerk chicken within a 5 minute walk from the house. The house staff was very friendly and attentive which was nice. I did not realize when booking that there are actually 3 places you can rent on the same property so that would make the pool and some of the yard space common ground. We were lucky to be the only ones renting the property at the time, honestly I don't think I would have enjoyed sharing the space with others. The negatives, there were quite a few ants in the kitchen and some in the bedroom. We ate all of our meals out, I would not have wanted to use the kitchen due to the ants but it is a tropical location so I expect to see some bugs. The worse part of the trip was that the stairs leading to the beach area are in need of repair, as I was walking to the beach the stair become loose and I feel completely through injuring myself. The owner has said that she was going to have the stairs fixed, I am not sure if this has happened so please be careful when walking on the stairs to the beach area.

Just breathtaking
I don't think we could have received any better service or kindness any where else. Every body was very professional each and every person we met at the Triplets on the Bay was gracious and caring. Papa D was very accommodating, always a smile on his face. T Man introduced us to our accommodations and was the best tour guide we could have ever asked for. Martin was a great cook and DJ. We received a private DJ session at the pool. It was electric. AJ was our chef multiple times during our stay. He says he needs more practice but all of us could not believe the flavor profile placed in front of us. All of these great gentlemen worked together as a well oiled machine. Individually they were all spot on. Truly an Amazing experience. I could go on for paragraphs but I believe I have left nothing to the imagination. We will during promote this exquisite trip to all our friends and family.

I Have to say thank you to Papa D ,AJ ,and Chef Martin that fish the lobster ,stew chicken was on the money man, AJ make sure the property is always clean the pool is clean thank you AJ ,Papa D takes me anywhere I need to go car is clean sanitize the whole nine, can’t say much about the lady that cleans the house she did a horrible job ,there was food residue on the bed under the bed it was dust everywhere there was so much ants on the bed The first night we end up stripped the bed down shake the ants off that when we find food particles ,surprisingly she clean the other property and I see chef Martin over there cleaning again after she left , overall we were on lockdown because of what’s going on in Jamaica but Papa D and chef Martin bring out the speaker boxes make sure we ware entertain and every now and then he ask if we need anything everything is OK ,which was nice I love that but them ,I will be visiting again

What a beautiful place to stay. The location was perfect, our host Papa D, T-Man and chef Martin made us feel welcomed, cared for and expose of us the truest island life than we could have imagine. I was celebrating my birthday with a group of 6 of my closest girlfriends and the home had more than enough space for all of us to rest, relax and hang out. The private beach allowed for us to enjoy early morning sunrises without leaving the property. T-Man welcomed us on his early morning walks which allowed us to explore the island by foot and through the locals lens. I completely will be coming back here!

Bittersweet
We absolutely positively loved our stay at Triplets at the Bay and the house managers were phenomenal! We felt completely safe, we were well taken care of, it felt as if we were among family and the guys were emphatically reliable. Martin kept our stomachs full, and PapaD was right there for us every step of the way! Tman gave us a great history lesson and every question we had they had an answer for. It was my daughter's, sister, and niece's first time to Jamaica and they fell in love! Thank you Evelyne for allowing us to stay in your home, and thank you gentlemen for your warm and peaceful spirits! We will be back!!

The most wonderful family vacation ever in a perfect and welcoming home.
There is no words to describe how beautiful it was and Triplets on the Bay will stay in our heart forever. We rented flawlessly a car at the airport and arrived 6 minutes later at Triplets on the Bay where we have been welcomed so warmly by the staff who truly became friends. Aman, Papa D and Martin (the private chef) made at all times sure, we are taken care of, provided excellent service and we learned a lot about the Jamaican culture. We traveled with 4 kids and this property has so much entertainment that you can plan in a day or more to explore the shore, go snorkeling or simply relax at the pool with the sound of the ocean in the background. Simply beautiful. The property is conveniently located in between everything you may want to visit and you can walk to restaurants, convenient stores etc. or up the hill to explore St. James a little bit. The highlight of the vacation was a live concert performed by Papa D at the property and even my son got on stage and played the guitar with him which was amazing. If you like to have a true family vacation this is the place to be.

Amazing loved everything about it
I booked the dates March 25th- 29th! It was amazing! The view was everything. Martin the Chef is a great cook. I booked the house for my fiancées birthday. We barely wanted to leave the house to do any activities lol I saw reviews about the downstairs not having AC, but it’s not that hot and they provide fans. We barely spent time in the living room, we ate at the table outside to enjoy the ocean. So, the AC not working downstairs didn’t bother us and shouldn’t take away from the beautiful experience. Tman is a great host. Jamaica currently has a curfew so we were unable to get groceries our first day, Tman provided us with food for the night. I definitely give this place a 5 star and would recommend to anyone visiting!

The location is incredibly convenient. It is close to the airport and in between common attractions (Negril, Ochos Rios, etc). The view is amazing, and the home is spacious. Our guides lived next door and helped make our trip amazing. They welcomed us, provided us with speakers for music, coordinated transportation, played us live music, scheduled our COVID tests, ensured our safety at all times, taught us about the culture, and made us feel so welcome. There was kayak rental, and we were able to snorkel right in front of our home. There are restaurants, shops, and convenience stores in walking distance. It was so amazing that we decided to extend our reservation, and we are grateful for the flexible, quick communication with the owner. We recommend to any group for a fun, relaxing time!

First off I want to say out of all the places I have traveled to, Jamaica top my list.. the people, the atmosphere, how humble the experience was is very uplifting for me. Thank you people of Jamaica, I will never forget that. Second, to Ms Evelyne... WOW what an amazing woman.. I was so honored to meet you and very blessed to stay at your property for a much needed vacation. You have a gem and a diamond in one. The house we stayed in was the 3 bedroom the views, the decor, the home was comforting and very homey for what I wanted. The house gives you three bathrooms and three bedrooms. One bedroom downstairs and two upstairs and a laundry room as well. I loved after I washed a load I could hang up some things I didn’t want to dry or I could use the dryer and everything was convenient. The pool was amazing and the sitting area to relax in the sun or to eat during the day and night was perfect. I felt so relaxed and at home. Tman is one of the amazing staff that is there to assist in anything that is needed. He is one of the sweetest people I have ever met. He took us places that were local and introduced us to his people and we had a ball.. I love his hospitality and his humbleness. His jokes were always funny and dance moves will leave you filled with happiness. I have truly found a forever friend in Tman. Martin is the chef who knows how to COOK!!! OMG!! I will never know Jamaican food the way Martin prepared ours. Truly remarkable. He is so humble and considerate of your needs and wants that he always lights up the room when he comes around. He too is one young man that has a spirit that is genuine and full of truth. Poppa D... I felt like I was with my father the whole time I was around him. He has a personality and vibe that makes you feel at ease and that everything really is going to be alright. He took us to the places we wanted to go to like the beach, shopping for groceries, shopping in general and always made himself available to help in any way. He always checked in on us to make sure we were ok and happy. And at the end of our trip, we were able to get a full concert from his album and we laughed, sung, and just had a wonderful time with him. I am truly honored and very BLESSED to have met and been in his presence. With all that is going on in our world today, we felt safe and secure and at the end if our trip we decided to return very soon just to be in the presence of them and this home also. Thank you all.

Enjoyable Stay, Will Be Back
Had a great time with the family at Triplets. Location is convenient, across the street from popular Scotchies Jerk and short 3 minute drive to shopping/grocery centre, 10 minutes from airport, 13 minutes from Hip Strip. Martin, TMan and PapaD were very responsive and friendly. Had a few snags with waterloss due to watermain break in the area, minor AC issues (resolved promptly on day 1) and water heater issues that were resolved, but none to put a damper on our good times. The property is gorgeous and serene, plus well maintained. Spent most mornings sitting on the master terrace feeling the breeze and overlooking the calm Caribbean waters. A few recommendations: If traveling mid-2020 be prepared for EXTENSIVE airport questionnaire process and nasal swab testing for adults, plus 14 day quarantine requirements upon arrival (think organized military scene from MASH lasting 1 hr plus if you aren't staying at a large resort). Recommend paying for Club Mobay if you are traveling with kids or you’re more mature in age (will save time and screening stress, in my humble opinion worth every cent - Colette our Mobay guide was exceptional!) Arrange for Martin to prepare a few (or many) meals. Very affordable and delicious. We enjoyed the fish and sides for a dinner family feast, and the ackee and saltfish with festivals for a traditional JA breakfast. Divine, fresh and healthy Caribbean eating. Bring kiddie lifejackets if you’re concerned about small kids near the pool (depth is around 5ft throughout). Our kids (6, 4, 2) had a blast swimming freely with their jackets on. Bring a noise canceller if you or your kids are sensitive to outside noise. If on-site neighbors are up late in the pool, the noise will carry in two of the bedrooms (not the master). Parking spot is onsite for car rental. Bring home a pack of blue mountain coffee beans from the grocery store if you’ve never tried it. Delish! Highly recommend Triplets. It won’t disappoint.

We had a great time at Evelyn’s house. I was there 36 months ago and it was a very great first experience of Jamaica. The house has a great location on the water with a pool. I’m not one to go on every excursion available so it’s a wonderful place because there is no need to go anywhere. Hot water seems to be an issue maybe they could check the hot water heater?apparently it was not working -we went four days without a hot shower. Other than that everything was great!.

Wonderful Family Vacation!
We had such a nice vacation! The property is right on the water, it was pretty windy this week, so there was always a nice breeze. Martin, Papa D, and TMan are the best! Very friendly and helpful. We had Martin cook for us one night, it was spectacular! We rented a car and found that very helpful, and we went to 7 mile beach and Rick’s Cafe. We stopped at The Beach Bunny to enjoy the sand and sea, and the cliff jumping at Rick’s was a big highlight of the day.The drive home after dark was a little tricky, lots of narrow roads and people walking along the sides of the road, so use caution! We took a catamaran cruise, lots of fun! Six Dollar Beach in Montego Bay was very nice, and we took a river raft trip that was nice and relaxing. We really enjoyed our trip and look forward to coming back again. Evelyn was very good at answering any questions we had before we arrived, and we got to talk to her on the phone the night of our dinner. The home is very comfortable, 3 nice bedrooms with a/c and 3 bathrooms. We had plenty of room to spread out. We would recommend Triplets on the Bay for a nice vacation!

Great time in Montego Bay
We had a great time staying at Triplets on the Bay. It was in a good location close to the airport so we could do a day trip to Ocho Rios one day and to Negril later in the week. The staff made our stay a great experience, Martin cooked a fabulous fish dinner, Papa D was able to drive us when we wanted and T Man helped us out when we needed him, Thanks to all for a wonderful trip.
