"We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Convenient to restaurants and the train station. Our large room was lovely and bathroom was brand new and beautiful. Ac worked well and bed was really comfy. The woman at the front desk in the evening was super friendly and helpful. Highly recommend the parma ham and cheese making tour while you are here. The tour was a highlight of our trip "

When we came in then has complimentary chestnuts, the service at front was really nice to us, accommodated our room request for two separate beds, the food in their restaurant was great just very expensive. I found parking in their lot for free which helped, the water smelled unusual in the shower though. Great for a night or two"

"Great staff, great history connected with this property, large sprawling and well kept gardens. Very well maintained. You feel very special just driving in as the butler cones to greet you, take your luggage and takes your car and park it for you."
