The house is located in the green Umbria; there are numerous tourist and gastronomic itineraries to satisfy all tastes. The relative proximity to the main communication routes, 38 km for the A1 and 5.7 km for the SS3bis / E45 of Terni-Perugia-Cesena, allows to quickly reach all desired destinations. Todi (21 km) is considered the most livable city in the world or, according to the inhabitants themselves, "the ideal city"; it is located on a hill with a splendid panoramic view and is characterized by a unique beauty and elegance. The architectural and historical contexts that characterize it range from Etruscan-Roman times to the Middle Ages and are absolutely not to be missed. Festivals and village fairs abound in the summer, so lovers of good wine and real food have many choices. Orvieto (57 km) is easily reached via the E45 to Todi, then continue on the SS79bis, a beautiful country road that descends along Lake Corbara, a large artificial lake where you can fish. Perugia (70 km), besides its historical beauties, represents the city of ruins. It is the capital of chocolate, "The food of the gods". Every year in October Perugia is the scene of Eurochocolate.
