"I had a lovely stay — the hotel was quiet and peaceful, perfect for unwinding after a busy day. It’s also very conveniently located, just a short walk from the metro, which made getting around the city incredibly easy.
The pool area was a nice bonus — clean and relaxing — and the virtual service made lounging at the pool nice. I always look forward to the warm chocolate chip cookies (still just as delicious!), and I want to give a special mention to Francesco at the front desk. He was kind, soft-spoken, and made the experience feel personal and welcoming.
Highly recommend for a comfortable, well-located stay with thoughtful touches."

"The first person reception operator was very helpful when we called to say we would be late, but when we arrived at 11 pm we were unsure of the door to enter on the building across the street from the main hotel. the night operator could not help us in English. this person hung up on us because we had trouble communicating in Italian that we were confused and The first person was very helpful when we called to say we would be late, but the night operator could not help us in English. could not find our room.
