The entire experience at the hotel was great. The staff was perfect, the room always clean and fridge always full. The spa was a nice time too. Pretty close walk to all the attractions

This is a great hotel in the center of everything in Florence. The staff was clear and efficient, the room was comfortable and beautiful in an understated way and the balcony on our second floor room gave us a terrific view of the street. I would recommend this hotel.

Amazing staff. Amazing location. Amazing rooms. Amazing breakfast. The heated towel racks are such a big thing for me (I know I know). I rarely leave reviews but I think this place really deserves it.
