  • Welcome to Summit & Shore House, a newly updated tiny home designed for guests who crave the perfect mix of high-end comfort and natural beauty. With a private hot tub, cozy interiors, and easy access to scenic adventures, this mountain retreat delivers big on both style and serenity.

    Inside, enjoy a master bedroom, loft, and private living area complete with a fully stocked kitchen. Outside, take in the mountain air from the porch, unwind by the firepit, or explore the nearby waterfalls and trails that define the Cumberland Plateau.

    Located within the gated Deer Lick Falls community, this pet-friendly (with approval) getaway is also just minutes from The Caverns, the University of the South, and South Cumberland State Park.

    A maximum of two dogs under 25 lbs each is allowed. Please reach out to Guest Services prior to bringing your pet. A fee of $100 + tax will be applied to your reservation if approved.
