Nice home in monte vista
The good: the home is lovely. Clean, comfortable, easy check in, very nice updated house.
The could be better: there is no hot tub which is advertised. There is a jacuzzi tub in the upstairs bathroom, this is NOT the same as a hot tub. It is right on highway 160 so there is traffic noise. They only have off street parking even though there is a driveway it is locked. This home is clearly not managed by the owners. The manager told us we could use the driveway as we had some concerns about our cars being on the street (which after spending 10 days here we realized wasn’t as big of a deal as it seemed when we arrived) but then the driveway was padlocked and we weren’t given any way to open that. We were also told that trash goes out Wednesday morning and there is a bin for it, which we were happy to accommodate, however there was no actual trash bin to put the trash in and bring to the curb.
Overall this is a very nice home and was comfortable. WiFi worked well, kitchen was very functional, they provide olive oil, salt, and pepper. There is maybe a disconnect between the owners and manager but if they can iron this out it will be 5 stars all around!!
