"One of the nicest places I’ve ever stayed. The room was very spacious, super clean and comfortable. The location was very handy with the bus stop right outside and restaurants across the road. The spa was amazing especially the large heater outdoor pool under the mountains. The only small ‘complaints’ I would mention : - the room was very warm and there was no way to turn the temperature down. When we asked downstairs they confirmed that the heating is managed centrally and suggested we open our balcony door which we did. It wasn’t a huge problem because the open door and cold nights made the room temperature good by the time we went to bed but it was a constant challenge for us to regulate the room temperature temperature and not sure how it would be possible in the warmer months. - the tv was locked down in ‘hotel mode’ so that you couldn’t log into Netflix , prime, Disney etc and we were stuck with the local Italian stations. Again not a huge issue but most hotels these days connect their smart tvs to the internet so that their guests can access their streaming services so I don’t know why this hotel Does not allow this. Presumably it’s to control their wifi usage. Other than those two small issues I think this place is magnificent."

"Excellent hotel. Good sized room. Bathroom has double sinks but I would prefer a sink with more counter space. Room was well equipped with good storage, etc. Staff were always friendly and helpful. Excellent breakfast with plentiful selections and cook to order eggs. Good location right in the center of Val Gardena."

"Ok. I stayed here around the 2nd week of September 2026 for 5 days. Everything about this place is wonderful. It has a nice view, the staff are wonderful and will check up on you and your needs, they have plenty of amenities and great location. Always had room service and they will clean up pretty well. The Col Raiser gondola is behind it so you already have one thing to do if you run out of things to do. Lol. Breakfast has a lot of selections, dinner is different every night. Sometimes a course meal, sometimes a buffet, it was really nice and as a solo traveler who don’t want to think about where to eat at night after I’ve done a lot of hikes in the morning, that was a good option to have. Shoutout to the servers Ricardo, Alejandro, and Antonio. I asked for employee’s name but forgot about some of them. The lady receptionist in the AM and the man in the PM is also wonderful as well as the chef they are all just pleasant people. Thank you again for making me feel welcomed."

"Absolutely beautiful, clean, cozy hotel, located just 15 minutes outside of Ortisei. The owner was very helpful with recommendations for the restaurants. There also was a very good grocery store a short walk down the road. Everything was very well maintained with intricate woodwork everywhere. The breakfast was very stylish and included eggs to order, variety of cheeses, meats, yoghurts, pastries and cereals. Freshly squeezed orange juice and of course coffee. Parking garage was a little tight ( like most of Europe), so rent a smaller car or have a park assist option in your rental :). We had a room with the stunning views of the mountains. Very reasonably priced compared to the hotels in Ortisei."
