Beautiful villa with private pool situated in a very panoramic and quiet position on the Umbrian hills between Città di Castello and Monte Santa Maria Tiberina on the border with Tuscany.

The swimming pool and the outdoor space of the house will allow you to spend a wonderful holiday in a charming and full of charm. All around there is an area of property where you can take long and scenic walks in the countryside.
The use of the swimming pool is reserved and exclusive for guests as well as the use of the beautiful terrace with a mobile cover that can be opened or closed at will by the customer thanks to a remote control.
Internally the villa is divided into 3 comfortable and bright apartments in order to guarantee maximum privacy and privacy; at the same time there is a beautiful common room and a super-equipped kitchen next to the terrace: these spaces will allow guests to stay together to cook and to taste the flavors of the typical products of the area.
Also inside the property there is a historic consecrated chapel dating back to the 1400s where it is possible to celebrate marriages valid for both civil and religious purposes.
