"We‘ve spent two wonderful weeks with our two year old daughter and our dog. The house is beautifully located in the hills with no direct neighbours. The view is fantastic and we felt immediately at home in this beautiful house. We had a wonderful time and our hosts were just lovely. (We cannot say anything about the pool - except that it is huge - because we were there out of season in March when the pool was closed.)"

"The property is beautifully located in a very tranquil hamlet. At the moment the house and garden are not being maintained adequately. During our stay we had no hot water for the first few days and the internet connection that was advertised was not available. The kitchen had not been properly cleaned and there was food in the cupboards that had gone out of date long before our arrival. "The Villa presents even better than in the photos and the grounds are beautifully maintained. Each bedroom we accessed had an ensuite bathroom which just added to the luxe feel. My mature parents could have the one bedroom downstairs which was perfect, all other bedrooms are located upstairs. Worth mentioning the outdoor sun lounges have also been replaced (since the photos) and adds further to the resort feel. Would highly recommend! "

"We stayed as a family of 10 and had a great time. The accommodation is definitely rustic and traditional. It won’t suit everyone but if you’re looking to get back to basics look no further! For us as an Australian family it could have cleaner and we ended up doing cleaning ourselves to make it more comfortable. The bed linen and towels are also ready for a refresh. The host was great and provided a good summary of the local area and sights. Arezzo is a lovely day out. "

"Perfekte Lage um Umbrien zu erkunden und einen Abstecher in die Toskana zu machen. Die Unterkunft war wie beschrieben. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter lief gut. Kleiner Makel, bei einem Aufenthalt von 14 Tagen sollte zur Hälfte der Zeit die Bettwäsche und die Handtücher gewechselt werden. In der 2.Woche waren die Nächte relativ kühl (15), da hat die Überdecke zum Laken gefehlt. Sonst alles prima."

"Great location if you are trying to see Tuscany. The owners are the nicest people and very helpful. The house was fine for 4 of us with room to spare. Beautiful grounds, terrific, clean pool. Everything worked and everyone did their best to make us at home. It is just outside a small village so very quiet. You need a car to get around. Felt very safe --gated and secure.
