"It is always such a pleasure to meet our hosts, especially if they are as welcoming as this family. Including the pup Bianca. The apartment was spotless and had everything we needed. The terrace on the roof was absolutely wonderful. Surrounded by olive trees and birds. And there is a lovely beach very very close. You can hear the waves from the house and see it from the terrace. Nous étions 2 asultes et 3 enfants mais le logement est plus adapté pour 4 car 1 fois le clic clac ouvert dans le séjour, on ne peut plus bcp bouger et pas de rideau à la porte donc réveil matinal pour la personne dormant dans le séjour. "We had a horrific experience at this property . DO NOT STAY HERE This is NOT a villa- it is a basement dwelling with no view and no light . "While there seemed to be a misunderstanding about room size… our cottage was a bit smaller than I expected…all worked out well and we had a wonderful time. The pool was fantastic,our porch overlooked the Adriatic (a bit of a distance away but still fantastic). Host was very helpful and gave great directions to get to the apartment. "The residence was conveniently located a 10’ walk from the center, in a rather quiet neighborhood. The appartement itself was a bit small but very clean when we arrived but no room cleaning was offered or done. In fact the only weak point was that the air conditioner was located in the living room, NOT the bedroom, so the temperature was a bit warm for sleeping."

"Our apartment was reasonably spacious, but no air conditioning just two ceiling fans, and with one small window and door to the front it was impossible to clear the hot air from the room and so it was uncomfortably warm. Otherwise nothing specifically wrong with it, acceptably clean, but fairly basic. The pool is very nice with a spectacular view, but swimming caps are compulsory and cost €2 each from the bar so for the half an hour we'd have used the pool on our one night stay we didn't bother....

"We stayed in a suite--sitting area with sofa and chair between door and bedroom area. Nicely appointed. We did not use the swimming pool or spa. There is a pleasant bar with outdoor tables on a patio with a view down to the Adriatic. Breakfast tables are on the same patio. The hotel restaurant was a great deal--25 Euros for pasta, main, contorno, and dessert. Pretty sure that it's the best option in Monte Sant'Angelo, a delightful place to stay in the Gargano."
