"The staff was very friendly and helpful. When I arrived I was given a room right next to the pool, with a loud system right outside the door. I immediately requested a room change and they were very kind and gave me a much quieter spot. Definitely call before and request a room away from the pool. "The front desk staff couldn't be any more friendly and accommodating. The villa was so spacious and extremely clean in every aspect. Fabulous. If I had to complain about something it would be the walk from guest parking to the building. Across grass. A few paved or shell paths are very much needed. Also, the parking lot for guest parking is full of deep potholes. Lastly, there is a lack of lighting along the drive from the road to the hotel."
