Hotel and Workers Are Good, But Beware of Bed Bugs

Check In was fast and efficient and the workers helpful, competent, and pleasant. However, my room, especially my bed, was infested with bugs; so much so that all could not be removed or exterminated. I had to change rooms. The new room was clean and clear of bugs. Hotel location is in a convenient location with a nice view of the town.

Stayed for 2 days. Unfortunately, I was unable to use the pool during my stay they said it was "dirty". I also paid for a King Size bed but was given a Queen Size bed instead. Additionally, after my first night, I left for the beach and a staff member asked if I wanted my room cleaned. I said yes, but when I returned later that night, the room had not been cleaned at all. Overall, the experience did not match the expectations based on what was booked and paid for.

Would never stay here. The room was occupied by dead insects. Got changed to another room yet was noisy and did not search to see if there were more insects around. Staff couldn’t care less of complaints, dark lobby, cold drinks and beer fridge were off so no cold drinks. The noise around the property was unbearable

Ese hotel no sirve hasta estuve presa en la estación de policía, porqué ellos no tienen alumbrado de noche me cai en las escaleras cuando reclame la persona que estaba en la recepción me ofendio la dueña muy hostil también no recomiendo eso a nadie jamas pense pasar por eso en ese hotel

El hotel es aceptable. Pero hago los siguientes comentarios con el ánimo de mejorar 1 Al pasar a las habitación se pasa por zona de depósito de varios, quizá puedan colocar una pared, se ve muy feo y como abandonado tener que ver sanitarios, maderas, u otros elementos. No es agradable 2 Eran tres días y solo arreglaron la habitación el primer día y se solicitó que por favor hagan aseo. Eso es terrible, muy desagradable llegar en la noche y no hay arreglo de la habitación. Como es posible que el único día que arreglan coloquen una bolsa plástica encima de papales del baño usados y no los retiren. Eso no se hace. La habitación no tiene una zafacon o papelera en la alcoba, hace falta. En el baño les falta donde poder colocar el jabón, el shampoo.
