"Sandra, the host who manages the property is so friendly and welcoming. There are groups of apartments around a courtyard each with a kitchen. Perfect base for exploring the area, but a car is needed. Swimming pool with views from the hillside. Parking spaces for each apartment which have their own charming names! "Assisi is within walking distance (less then 20 minutes), which it makes the perfect location to visit this beautiful and well-restored town of San Francisco and Santa Chiara. The garden with its nice flowers and figs, tomatoes and olive trees create a comfortable and tranquil atmosphere. The house is spit in two apartments. We rented the lower apartment, which was very nicely restored with an eye for detail. We didn’t hear much of our neighbours from upstairs. We’ve shared the garden easily."

"This was a beautiful piece of property to stay at in the city of Assisi. It was in a location that was very easy to access all the major Catholic holy sites. We took the city bus line up from the train station and were within a manageable walking distance from the bus stop. There are plenty of nice restaurants and cafes near by. A major plus was having the police station just down the block, so we felt extremely safe walking around at night."
