"From the extremely helpful staff at Bookvi (Brandon and Ashley), to the greater (Henrietta) who showed us around when we arrived, to the actual condo - everything was exceptional! They went above and beyond to make sure our transportation from St Thomas to the condo was flawless and even arranged a pitstop at the stoee to load in some groceries when we first arrived since our rental Jeep pickup was the next day.First, it is MUCH larger than we thought so plenty of room and can comfortably accomodate 8 guests. Kitchen was ready to go and having the propane grill was huge. Having the beach chairs, towels, coolers, snorkle/fins, paddleboards and kayaks worked out so well and helped us not have to bring any of the bulky items with us!Then, then location was close enough to make Cruz Bay easily accessible but quiet and peaceful - we practically had the beach to ourselves each day. We also enjoyed the wildlife- from the family deer who showed up in the evening to the iguanas and rooster (no early AM noise though!). Will not hesitate to book again."

"Great stay. Check in was super easy. Host has someone meet us at the Ferry and escort us to the Villa. Great amenities and anything we could have needed in the kitchen to make meals at the Villa for a night in. Would definitely stay again"

"This property was outstanding! Spacious, clean, and just breathtaking views. The big porch overlooking the water is so peaceful and relaxing. Elyse made sure we had everything we needed and even had floats and snorkels for our children. When we arrived on the island, Elyse made sure there was someone waiting for us to show us the way to the villa. 5 stars all the way for Nancy's Folly!"

"Our group of 5 had enjoyed this home and it's location. It was on a body of water that led out to Chocolate hole. There were paddleboards and kayaks for our use. It was also really close to Cruz Bay. The property manager was responsive and someone met us and took us to the property. We had more than enough room for our group. We didn't even use the first level or one of the bedrooms. Great property for a larger group - multiple decks, bedrooms, kitchens, etc. I can't say enough great things about this property and would definitely return!"

"This property is located about 7 minutes from town close to the top of a hill that overlooks Rendezvous bay. The views from the pool are gorgeous. The little cottage that my husband and I stayed in was perfect for us. It was quiet, had a stove and a grill to prepare meals, a beautiful screened in patio, a washer and dryer and access to the pool. The check in process was easy and quick. James' son met us at the car ferry and showed us the way so that was very nice. Communication with the owner was quick and responsive. We appreciated the beach chairs, umbrella and cooler for our day trips. Would definitely stay here again! "
