What a gem of a hotel! Location is in the middle of the city square and central to the city. Facilities and staff were outstanding. Lovely property with gorgeous views when the weather permitted. Staff was very friendly. It was slightly confusing at first in terms of driving directly to Palazzo Boeri and having to check in at Felicin, but that was minor and handled well. Breakfast was great.
