The welcoming lobby and staff, and attention to detail (real coffee cups in the lobby, to-die-for banana bread at breakfast) make this motel a must. The pool and spa area top anywhere we’ve stayed (even New York City). We wouldn’t even consider staying anywhere else in Bozeman!"

"WOW! Mike and Elena have the best property with the most beautiful house to stay in. You can sense the pride they have in their well-built, meticulously clean VRBO. Everything about it is absolutely perfect and we will for sure be staying here again the next time we are in Livingston. Every view is breathtaking, and the horses below are the perfect touch. Couldn’t have asked for a better stay. 10/10 recommend."

"We stayed comfortably with 14 people at the beautiful Quinn Peaks property. Both the main house and the guest house were in great condition. To anyone who is considering to use this property in snow season, be aware that the road leading up to the house can become very icy. We noticed a handful of cars slip and get stuck just outside the property. However, most of our vehicles were 4wd, so it was not an issue for us. Altogether, the stay was very positive. Highly recommended. "
