Staff in reception are great they know how to dealing with VIP Alex and Veronica did deal with my booking in last 3 visits i had to the hotel in ladt few days.and i keep booking there for my srlf and my staff because of the great costumer service i saw from them at the first point .

Apartments are spacious, clean, and well equipped. Unfortunately there is no heat in the cold winter evenings so we were cold at night.
