You’ll receive a 5% immediate payment discount if you pay in full immediately after booking and waive the free cancellation option. To do so, please enter “Buchung100” in the comment field. We will then deduct the 5% for you. If this rate has already been selected on the booking portal, no additional discount is available. This family-friendly accommodation is located in the California holiday village, situated in Marina di Montalto in beautiful Tuscany. The holiday village is in the well-known and popular Maremma region, right on the sea, with a century-old pine forest stretching along an unspoiled stretch of coastline. The swimming pool park features a beach-like atmosphere and fun water games and slides. It is the heart of the resort and also the place where the activity leaders organise games, dances, and various forms of entertainment. There are many sports facilities available: tennis courts, bocce courts, indoor football, archery, and more. The sandy, approximately 2-hectare private beach is maintained regularly and is equipped with umbrellas, beach loungers, deck chairs, pedal boats, water sleighs, canoes, beach volleyball courts, and a self-service bar. Of course, there’s also a lovely playground and a mini-club. All the amenities you need for a perfect family holiday. The restaurant, serving regional and international cuisine, treats guests to culinary highlights.
The modern and bright Happy Comfort mobile home accommodates up to 5 people. These new mobile homes feature a modern, well-equipped kitchenette with plenty of storage space, a refrigerator, a 4-burner gas stove, and a sink with a drying rack. An Italian espresso pot is also provided. The living area is furnished with a sofa bed for one person. One bedroom has a double bed, and the other has two single beds. The bathroom includes a sink, shower, and toilet (in some mobile homes, the toilet is separate from the bathroom). The cosy, raised wooden deck is partially covered and equipped with a table, chairs, 2 lounge chairs, and an electric grill, inviting you to relax while the children play on the playground. Half-board or full-board meals can be booked on-site upon request. Note: If you need more than one unit, this is usually possible with us, as we have several units of the same style.
CHECK-IN DATE + LENGTH OF STAY
Please refer to the calendar for check-in and check-out dates as well as the minimum length of stay during your desired season. Note: If, for any reason, you are unable to arrive on the scheduled arrival date, check-in on the following day is, of course, possible (please notify us before arrival). The same applies if you wish to depart early; in this case, departure on the previous day is also possible. However, the rental period and price specified at the time of booking remain unchanged.
BEACH
Access (just 100 metres) to the private beach is traffic-free, is regularly maintained, and is equipped with umbrellas, beach loungers, deck chairs, pedal boats, water sleighs, canoes, beach volleyball courts, and a self-service bar. There is also an entrance and exit channel, marked by buoys, for those with small boats.
POOL
The swimming pool area features a beach-like setting and fun water features. It also offers spacious sunbathing areas. It is the heart of the Village and the place where the entertainment team organises games, dances, and various forms of entertainment.
FAMILY-FRIENDLY
In addition to a great pool, guests can also look forward to a dedicated entertainment team. During peak season, a varied daily program is put together. Evening entertainment is also provided, with game nights and shows organised. Canoes and pedal boats are available on the beach, as well as sports fields and table tennis tables.
LEISURE AND SPORTS
Those who want to stay in shape even while on holiday are spoiled for choice: tennis courts, bocce courts, indoor football, archery, and giant checkers are all available. In addition, the entertainment team puts together a varied fitness program for every day. Pedal boats and canoes can be rented on the beach.
SHOPPING
The resort has its own mini-market selling fruits and vegetables, as well as a souvenir shop.
MEALS
The apartment features a well-equipped kitchen with dishes, silverware, and pans, as well as a refrigerator with a freezer compartment. There are also shopping options in the immediate vicinity. If you’d prefer to take advantage of half-board or full-board options, you’re welcome to book them on-site (no advance reservation is required).
PETS
Pets are NOT allowed.
SPECIAL INFORMATION
You will receive a club card for access to all facilities (excluding beach services and sports facilities). The tenant is responsible for final cleaning. Cleaning supplies such as brooms, mops, etc., are provided. The accommodation is inspected to ensure they are clean. Any complaints will be charged at 50 euros. Bed linens, towels, high chairs, and travel cots must be ordered at the time of booking if desired, or requested no later than 1 week before arrival (later requests cannot be guaranteed).

You will receive detailed directions along with your travel documents after booking. LOCATION
The resort is located directly on the beach, making it ideal for families with small children. The interesting archaeological sites of Tarquinia are only 15 km away.
TOWN AND SURROUNDINGS
Marina di Montalto is located in the beautiful Lazio region and is known for its vast pine forests and wide beaches. The town is ideal for relaxing or exploring nature on a walk. You’ll also find a selection of restaurants and cafés here. Marina di Montalto offers a variety of shops, gelaterias, restaurants, and a beautiful beach promenade where you can enjoy walks with the family. In addition, there are plenty of water sports activities available at the beach, making your holiday an unforgettable experience. You can go on long walks, bike rides, and horseback riding excursions. Marina di Montalto is an ideal starting point for excursions to the Etruscan regions, the famous art and culture cities, and the medieval villages. For example, visit the ruins of the ancient city of Vulci or the Torre di Montalto—a former watchtower built under Pope Pius V ( (1566-1572) ) to protect the coast. Just 20 kilometres to the north lies Capalbio, a nearly intact medieval village offering a magnificent view of the surrounding Maremma. A day trip to Rome—only about a 1.5-hour drive away—is also easily possible from here.
