"The hotel is very close to the train station and the city center. Our hotel room was very spacious with coffee maker n small snacks. Hotel room is sparkling clean and the bathroom is way big. We will book this hotel again. Anna was sweet and very pleasant, she rendered excellent service for our stay. "

"The staff was amazing. They got us into the room early. We were able to walk to the train to go to Rome and Florence. The mattress on the bed is very thin and hard.if you have back issuses, not a place for you. This place served the purpose for us. We just needed a place to stay before our cruise. "

"The hotel looks pretty run down, staff was very helpful and friendly but the room had a weird sewage smell, very outdated and the bathroom had a lot of signs of wear, tiles stained, mildew lines in grout, the room overall was fine for one night, bed was comfy and clean, nice ocean view! "

"A basic hotel that is clean and comfortable. A really good place prior to and after cruising as the hotel shuttle to and from the cruise port is readily available and very reasonable in price. A big plus for us was the close proximity to a laundromat as we were between cruises."

"The location is closed to restaurants and shops. It's about 10 mins walk to the free port shuttle bus. Our room is on the 2nd floor without elevator, luckily we have only carry ons, our room is ok clean and continental breakfast was offered. I will select a different hotel if I visit again."
