"Well organized, comfortable and cozy. Hot tub on the deck was very nice. Great deck! Though several close neighboring cabins, It was quiet and pretty private. There was a question to the host late evening which was promptly responded to and all was well! Thank you! We enjoyed our stay!"

"This place exceeded expectations. Very clean, well maintained, and well built cabin with a loft and jacuzzi tub. The restaurant was closed, but the Hyatt was 8 minutes away, and was told by the helpful person there that the restaurant will open again soon. Will definitely look to book another say during winter."

"Base Camp Cabin #4 is an immaculate, very comfortable 3 bedroom, 2 bath rental close to Mt. Shasta City. The neighborhood is super quiet, there is a nature walk across the street and it's only about a 5 minute drive to town. The cabin is charming, and well-stocked. We didn't end up cooking there, but the kitchen had pretty much all that you'd need to cook and there is a coffee maker and plenty of coffee (a must for me!). I found the bed to be very comfortable, with soft sheets and nice...

"If ever I were to own a cabin, it would be of the design of this one. Rustic feel with solid and complete foundational amenities. Greats: cathedral ceiling/loft/windows, large porch, bbq, wood stove, no TV, solid internet, great shower and bathroom, firm and comfortable mattresses. Nit-picky cons: jacuzzi isn't really a traditional hot tub, 30 min drive to/from Ashland on a very winding (yet picturesque) road, check-out time of 10am with $35 fee to extend to noon.
