"This hotel is a fantastic place to stay. It's right in the middle of the action, and you can walk to most local restaurants, bars, and shops (lots to do and enjoy in the area). Also, the staff is amazing, they go above and beyond ot help you and guide you if you want recommendations. A few local places I recommend: Backyard Ale House, Ale Mary's, Noir, lots more, but these are good. Bottom line, definitely a good place to stay if you are visiting downtown Scranton. "

"We were offered a free upgrade to two queen beds which was so nice! My only complaints were the ice machine wasn’t working on our departure day and the main curtains in the room don’t close. Our room was on the side of the Hampton inn sign which was very bright. I would’ve liked to been able to close the thicker curtain to keep the light out Room was very clean and cute "

"The place was nice , odd smell in the room but it was clean considering the previous property DUNMORE inn that we were booked at and LEFT! The price point is fair as well , yoy get what you pay for but in a good way. The front desk guy was super nice and helpful too!"

"The climate control was on the mark. Teresa the 2nd Floor housekeeper was absolutely fantastic. You do have a serious problem with your television service. The tv was small and not easy to find channels or programs. Very bad. "
