"Staff were very friendly and welcoming and the room was fine. Just two thingxx as though which need improvement: - Wi-Fi was patchy at best. - Having gone to bed about 11, I couldn’t get to sleep because the bar music was blaring out into the courtyard below my room window and ended up phoning the hotel at11.30 to ask them to turn it off - though to be fair they did do that."

"The staff were very helpful and welcoming on arrival. I had a comfortable and clean room. I had a good bathroom with good lighting and a good shower door so no water leaking out onto the floor which can often happen in hotels. The breakfast was good. So I enjoyed my stay. Thank you to the staff and I will book again to stay here when in the Taunton area. "

"Basic hotel which is fine for the price but the whole hallway smelt musty and strange and the room also had a damp/cabbage smell. Which meant all our coats and clothes smelt too and we only stayed for 1 night. The staff were friendly though. Hotel needs updating."
