"Templewood House was the perfect getaway for our Christmas in July. Upstairs 4 bedrooms each with its own ensuite and comfortable beds. Downstairs a spacious living/ dining area, cosy fireplace and enormous commercial kitchen with a walk-in cold room for a fridge! Electric blankets and heating/cooling in each bedroom.were cosy too. The grounds are picturesque and private. Horse riding is available if you book ahead. Although it's marketed as a wedding venue, it's also well suited for four couples or a girl's pampering retreat. The hosts thought of everything! "

We really appreciated the comfort of ducted heating, off street parking, ensuite and main bathroom. The host was friendly, easy to contact and so prompt in answering any questions. "Fantastic location not far from the city but you feel like you’re out in the country. The house was in great condition, plenty of room for everyone. No one got bored, there is plenty of entertainment. Kurt, the host, was extremely helpful and made sure we had a great stay. Sinclairs Gully winery had a music event on which was lovely. The wine tasted amazing and only a short walk to get there. The Scenic hotel was also a nice place to have lunch."
