Hôte très accueillant, logement parfaitement propre, fonctionnel et équipé. Je ne mets pas la 5ème étoile du fait de la position de l'immeuble qui est tellement centrale qu'on a le droit tous les matins au camion de livraison de produits frais qui laisse tourner son moteur pendant plus d'une demi-heure juste en bas des fenêtres..

Un logement très bien conçu

L'appartement est très bien situé ( à une minute à pied des thermes). Le parking permet un stationnement juste en face de l'immeuble ( nous avons toujours trouvé une place pour stationner. ) L'intérieur est propre et fonctionnel, tout est bien pensé. Merci pour ce séjour très agréable.

Perfekte Lage

Geschäfte und Restaurants waren in nächster Umgebung. Für 15,- € konnte das Fahrzeug eine ganze Woche auf dem gebührenpflichtigen Parkplatz gegenüber der Wohnung abgestellt werden. Die Küche war bestens ausgestattet. Allerdings musste man immer 3 Stockwerke überwinden- die Lage hat jedoch für alles entschädigt. Etwas enttäuscht waren wir von der Therme, bei der man NICHT baden kann, sondern medizinische Anwendungen bekommt ( Atemtherapie ). Insgesamt waren 3 TVs in der Wohnung vorhanden. Wir würden die Wohnung jederzeit wieder mieten.

Hormis le fait d'avoir des voisins noctambules et bruyants toute la nuit au 3e étage durant notre séjour, le logement est confortable et conforme au descriptif. très belle situation au centre de la station à conseiller sans réserve.

L'appartement était très propre et conforme à l'annonce. Cependant nous reprochons le fait que 90% des places de parking étaient payantes et le bruit dans les rues. Mais ces remarques sont indépendantes de la volonté du propriétaire.

Bonjour Nous avons apprécié notre séjour au mont dore l’appartement était très propre et fonctionnel. Tout y est !!! La localisation parfaite à côté des commerces. Un séjour passé dans cette belle station familiale pour les vacances d'hiver.. appartement très propre, très Coquet, très bien situé géographiquement avec le centre piéton au pied et 2 arrêts de navette pour le Sancy et les capucins à 50m. Nathalie est très à l'écoute et très disponible pour toute demande merci à elle. Nous reviendrons c'est sûr.

Logement au top

Nous avons passé une semaine en famille dans cet appartement au top. L’appartement est idéalement situé au cœur du mont dore, avec tout à proximité (commerce, restaurant, parc de jeux pour enfants, bowling, patinoire, navette qui emmène jusqu’aux pistes…) Le logement est conforme aux photos, propre et fonctionnel. Le logement dispose même d’un lave linge privé et d’un sèche linge commun au rez de chaussé avec de la documentation et des casiers à skis 👌🏻. Le seul petit bémol c’est le manque manque d’insonorisation phonique. Les hôtes sont disponibles et réactifs. Nous recommandons les yeux fermés.

Très bel appartement rénové avec goût, on se sent chez soi. Cuisine très bien équipée, 2 chambres sympathiques avec de bons matelas, wc séparé, grande douche, et lave linge. Sèche linge à dispo pour les 3 appartements au rez de chaussé. Propriétaire sympatique et à l'écoute. L'appartement est situé au coeur du Mont Dore, et proche des Thermes, restaurants, boutiques, boulangers, bouchers ...
