"Horrible place to stay. Could not sleep 1 single night. Very loud and walls have no isolations you can hear every door in thewhole building. Crappie beds and poor cleaning. We only get our room cleaned 1 and that was after we asked. No clean towels, no place to sit in your room. No table. Elevator ( tiny for 4 people) was broken and our room was in the fifth floor. .. Poor breakfast as well. Stay away from this place!"

"DONT RENT - The apartment was decent and everything went smooth. However after having the agency inspect the apartment before departure and telling us everything was good. They they sent an email saying due to unfolded duvets we are charged 90 for cleaning. Be very careful in renting under this agency as they will scam you for cleaning fees The owner of the apartment was very nice and helpful - should seek new agency. "

"Great appartment very close to the bottom of Belle Etolie lift. Comfy beds and nicely appointed rooms with balcony and fine mountain views. Close also to convenient supermarket, over the road to superb bakery and overall a great find. Thanks also for the real Christmas tree - merci bien!Hosts are a bit picky and could ease our stay with a bit more attention. Equipment storage could be an easy win given the large garage - but not offered initially. Two sets of keys for three separate families is also challenging - could be easily sorted with key box. Also could have more care in courteous response to enquiries. But overall very pleased and would certainly recommend. "
