The main issue was the fact we were given a smoking room on a smoking floor when a non smoking room was requested on the booking. Nile Suites Plaza Apartments
Everything was very good. Check in and out was very smooth. The apartment was very clean, airconditioned, kitchen fully equipped to cook even big meals. Stuff were great and I would like to thank Christina, Mostafa, Bahaa, Amr and the cleaning stuff Shaymaa, Manal and Mona. Thank you all

The room itself was acceptable, and I want to be fair about that. However, the main issues were the location and the behaviour of the manager, which ultimately forced me to leave the property early.
