  • Welcome to the Vennchalet—your modern retreat in the Eifel.

    The Vennchalet is a high-quality, fully renovated holiday home in Monschau-Mützenich that can accommodate up to 8 guests. With great attention to detail, we’ve created a space where modern design, comfort, and the natural beauty of the Eifel region harmonise perfectly.

    Look forward to a spacious open-concept living and dining area with a fully equipped kitchen, three comfortable bedrooms with high-quality box-spring beds, two modern bathrooms, as well as high-speed Wi-Fi and smart TVs.

    Outdoors, you’ll find a large sun terrace, a spacious garden, a barrel sauna, a spa pool, a barbecue area with a fire pit, and plenty of seating for relaxing with family or friends. A wallbox for electric cars is available right next to the house.

    Its quiet location on the edge of the High Fens makes the Vennchalet the ideal starting point for hikes, bike rides, and excursions. The historic old town of Monschau, the Eifel National Park, Lake Rur, and many other attractions are just a few minutes away.

    Whether it’s a family holiday, a weekend with friends, or a relaxing getaway in nature—at the Vennchalet, you’ll enjoy relaxation, privacy, and high-quality amenities in one of the most beautiful regions of the Eifel.

    We’re two families from Monschau-Mützenich, and we’ve renovated and furnished the Vennchalet ourselves with a lot of heart and soul, countless hours of work, and a great deal of passion. Our goal was to create a place where you can leave your everyday life behind and enjoy the nature of the Eifel to the fullest.

    It’s important to us that you feel welcome from the very first moment. That’s why we’re always available to answer any questions or address any concerns you may have, and we’re happy to give you personalised tips on hikes, restaurants, places to visit, and our favourite spots in the region.

Wir hatten einen sehr entspannten und wirklich tollen Aufenthalt. Die 4 Gastgeber haben das Haus mit viel Liebe und Chic eingerichtet und es fehlt wirklich an nichts. Ich habe noch nie eine so gut ausgestattete Unterkunft gesehen. Im Grunde braucht man das Haus nicht zu verlassen. Die Kommunikation war stets freundlich, schnell und unglaublich unkompliziert. Marco war immer aufmerksam und hat möglich gemacht, was ging, um unseren Aufenthalt noch entspannter zu machen. Auch die Begrüßung im Haus war sehr herzlich und aufmerksam. Der Check In verlief reibungslos. Wir können das Haus bedenkenlos weiterempfehlen, es ist sogar noch schöner als auf den Bildern. Wer mit Kindern anreist, kann dies guten Gewissens tun, denn auch an die wurde gedacht in der Ausstattung und mit einem Treppengitter. Kleinigkeiten, die viel ausmachen. Vielen Dank für eine tolle Auszeit.

Zeer fijn verblijf gehad! De accommodatie was netjes, comfortabel en voorzien van alle nodige faciliteiten. Ook de keuken was volledig uitgerust met kwalitatieve toestellen, waardoor het aan niets ontbrak. We voelden ons meteen thuis en hebben volop genoten van ons verblijf. Zeker een aanrader!
