Blissful Little Bungalow!

This cute bungalow dates back to 1910 but has been completely renovated inside and out.

We are conveniently located in a wonderful, diverse neighborhood near historic downtown Monroe, coffee shops and bakeries, and the new Publix shopping center with easy access to the highway.

Relax on the covered front porch, patio which overlooks the backyard or inside this cozy floor plan which features an open concept.

Our home features a fully equipped kitchen, complete with all the appliances and utensils you need to cook a delicious meal. The living room is a cozy space to relax and watch TV or read a book, and the dining area provides seating for enjoying meals together.

One bedroom features a king sized bed while the other bedroom has a queen sized bed. Both bedrooms have a chair, a TV and closet space for your belongings. The bathroom has a shower/tub combo.

For your convenience, we provide internet and a washer/dryer. We also have a spacious backyard with a patio area which are perfect for enjoying the beautiful Georgia weather.

Our home is located in a residential area, just a short drive from downtown Monroe. We are also in close proximity to The Factory at Walton Mill, The Engine Room, McDaniel-Tichenor House, Sparrow Grove Manor, 9 Oaks Farm, and Southern Brewing Company.

We strive to provide our guests with a comfortable and enjoyable stay, so please don't hesitate to reach out if you have any questions. We hope to host you soon!

Cozy, comfy and clean!
This property is just as it says! So comfy and gives you a feeling of home. Very clean and very welcoming. It’s in the perfect spot, close to downtown. Rita was very attentive and helpful. Would definitely want to stay again.

Cute Comfortable Clean House
We enjoyed our stay at this 2 bed/1 bath private house. We visited town for a wedding that was 5 miles away. Check in instructions were easy to follow. First impression was it was very clean and the fixtures/decorations were cute and it looked exactly like the pictures in the listing. One thing we look for in a property to stand out is comfortable furniture and this checked the box (the bed was more comfortable than our own at home and the couch was comfortable too with the added bonus of movie night snacks the host provided). The location was good and within a mile from major roads. There was construction next door, but we were fully aware when we booked and it did not impact our stay at all. Our host was very informative and checked in with us throughout our stay. We would stay here again if ever visiting the area.
