Plenty of things to walk to and see in the area. Brianna the manager was wonderful. Very helpful and informative. The breakfast choices were delicious. "My experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing. The property was dirty and did not appear to be well maintained. There were individuals loitering around the property, which made me feel unsafe and uncomfortable. In addition, there was often no staff available at the front desk when assistance was needed. Based on the condition of the hotel and the overall experience, I did not feel comfortable staying there. This was not the quality or level of service I expected when making my reservation. As a result, I would not recommend this property to friends, family, or colleagues. Given the significant inconvenience, stress, and disruption caused by this experience, I believe appropriate compensation is warranted. I respectfully request a complimentary weekend stay or comparable accommodation as a gesture of goodwill and to help restore my confidence in your brand. I look forward to your prompt response and a fair resolution to this matter."
