Clean room, nice staff besides the front desk at 3 when i checked in she seemed irritated to just to be there, but the breakfast lady i forgot her name but she was absolutely the sweetest and so friendly and professional.

Very nice lodging for my Mom and my visit to the Cincinnati Outlets. Convenient and comfortable beds and very clean. Good breakfast with a Biggby Coffee shop right next door!

Was easy to find right off the exit. Seemed like a newer property. Nice open lobby with 24 hour coffee and tea. Breakfast really good and lots of selection. Room was clean and you have your choice of maid service on a daily basis. Keurig coffee maker in the room which was nice. We would stay there again.

This wasn’t our first stay in this hotel and most likely won’t be our last. For the money it’s a good location with decent amenities and convenient to shopping and local attractions.

Very easy to access off I-75. Convenient to shopping and dining. Overall hotel was fine; breakfast was nice with various options. Our room needed a bit more attention to cleaning, especially in the bathroom, as well as addressing a wet dog smell. There is a posted quiet ordinance from 10 pm until 7 am. There didn’t appear to be adequate insulation as the exterior noise was very noticeable (we were on the front of the building) as well as noise from inside.
