"4.5/5 stars! Amazing amenities including several pools, hot tubs, steam rooms, saunas, game rooms, sports courts, top-notch gym with many options, and more. Very family friendly and pet-friendly with the on-site dog area on level 2. Room had a wonderful layout with a great balcony overlooking the pool but I missed some of the "hotel" type items like hand soap. Why don't they include this? I am not sure if it was only our room or all of the rooms. They also needed to include more body wash, shampoo, conditioner, and towels. The bottles were tiny and we ran out in only a two day stay with two people. Fresh towels also would have been nice. Walls were a little thin as we could hear neighbors moving around their chairs and making noise. I loved the full kitchen and in-unit laundry but I would've liked some more of the comforts that a traditional hotel provides. Almost perfect, but it missed the mark on a couple small details. That being said, we will be back and next time we will bring the kids! Other insider lessons: - Don't try to check in early. We were there 20 minutes early and they wouldn't do it. The line was VERY long at 4 PM because they did not acccomodate a slightly early check in. - Your hotel key stops working the moment you check out. This is an issue when you try to return the luggage carts: you are locked out! If you can't find a luggage cart go and check P4 and P5 where they all get trapped. - Only one of the elevators goes up to the 13th floor pool/hot tub."
