  • A prestigious penthouse located in the south of Monopoli, very close to the city center and 300 meters from the historic center and the beautiful beaches of Monopoli (Portavecchia, Porto Rossa, Porto Bianco, etc.).
    Located on the seventh floor of a building with lift, it has a 150 sq mt surface and a 150 sqm terrace with equipped gazebo, plants and sun loungers.

Wonderful apartment that was great for our family of 5. The location was great! Close to the old town and the water. Grocery across the street. The kitchen had everything we needed. The patio was spectacular. We enjoyed the three bathrooms. It's on the 7th floor and having a elevator was great. We would stay here again anytime. The bedrooms had metal blackout shutters on the them that made sleeping easy and even though its in an urban area we found it quiet at night and didn't have any troubles sleeping. Sometimes the parking can be harder to find but if you circle around a few times we were able to find street parking.

Superbe appartement sur le toit d'un immeuble tout près de la plage ave immense terrasse...

Tout était au-delà de nos esperances. L'appartement a 3 chambres et 3 salles de bain et chaque pièce a une porte-patio. Le propriétaire Antonio est sympatique et aidant. Fortement recommandé!
