"This was our second year in a row at the same house. Location, facilities and everything is great. However, on both trips we have not been able to operate the main tv on the living room to watch all channels. Plus this tv is crazy undersized even to the wall bracket holding it. We were there to ski, but we’re not able to watch sports during down time. Maybe the owner could consider improving this."

"I booked the VRBO at Baby Gull House for 6 people, only 4 of us were able to make it. The house is PERFECT for 4-5 adults, if you’re okay sharing beds. 6 people would have been a bit tight. The house isn’t luxury at all, but it’s a great deal for a well-located cozy mountain house. The neighborhood is super walkable and cute. My friends and I would like to return here in the future."

"This was our second time staying at this property. We had three families (six adults, 4 kids) and there was plenty of room. The kitchen has everything you'll need and the general store is a 3 min walk away. The house is actually walking distance to everything in June lake. (Even in the winter, though you probably wouldn't, you could walk to June Mountain in 15-20 mins.) This is easily one of the best properties in the area."
