"The parking was easy an it felt safe. We could see the car through the window. We tried calling the front desk to ask why our T.V. wasn't working but when we tried talking, the clerk couldn't hear us but we could hear her. We had to go downstairs to the front desk to get answers. Although she told us what to do about the T.V., she only apologized about the phone. It could have been bad if something went wrong and needed help. Otherwise everything was great."

"The person that checked me IN was not nice at all. The room was not clean. The bathroom is terrible. There was even blood on the bedsheet."

"Everything was fine. Nothing great. Room was updated and very clean except for an errant clump of hair in the shower. The hotel was very under-staffed. It was hard to find someone when I was looking to get another coffee packet -- since I was only there two, nights, they do not service the room, so I had to go to the desk and ask. There was no one there, so I called from the phone and no one answered. I went back in the morning and got what I needed. "

"Air conditioning is governed, can't change temp and it runs fan in WINTER, unacceptible. There were fruit flies in the food at breakfast. Dryer in laundry room did not accept payment so wasnt able to dry my clothes, had to let them air dry in my room, twice. Called to have the company fix the dryer, said they'd fix in 24 hours, 3 days later still not fixed."
