The kitchen if fully stocked with everything you need for stress free cooking. We did read that there was no dishwasher so we brought our own paper plates, plastic wear and solo cups to cut down on the amount of dishes we would have to do. They had a linen closet full of brand new towels and a ton of beach towels. No need to bring...

Access to the property was very easy and the communicated directions were very timely and helpful! The property was clean, neatly organized and beautifully decorated! "50 Dripping Springs Point on Eucha was a great place for our entire family to celebrate Thanksgiving. Beautiful home. Very spacious. Had everything we needed to make it a great stay. Three televisions with all kinds of options. Cabinet full of board games. Two balconies facing the water. Lots of outdoor seating areas on both. Boat dock below. Hoping to go back this summer and enjoy the water."

"We all had a great time and the cabin is beautiful. The directions given were perfect. We hope to stay again. We launched our boat at a nearby marina and was able to park our trailer at the cabin. The road is tight, as we expected, but anyone with experience pulling a boat trailer shouldn't have any trouble. We were extremely happy with everthing during our stay!!"

"We absolutely enjoyed our time here! We stayed 3 nights which allowed us to enjoy all of the amenities! The cave has a beautiful natural spring, the hiking trail was well kept, the hot tub was up to maintenance, there were several activities, house keeping rules were easy and clear, and the host answers back very quickly. She also emailed us about a storm in advance and how/where to take shelter. I overall enjoyed the experience and the host was easy going! We will likely be back in the future!"

"This property is absolutely perfect! It's exactly what you see in the pictures! Clean and beautiful! Great view of Grand Lake! They have added so many amazing touches - auto-open/close toilet seat even! The beds are so very comfortable. The location is just off of the highway but with no noise and just close enough to mini golf, restaurants, and the town. We can't wait to go back!"

"One of the bedrooms had hard beds, but the rest of the rooms were great. The house was warm, but the temperature outside was over 100 which counted for air conditioner working hard. Over all we had a great time staying in the house and the owner was easy to get hold of if we needed anything. 4.7 out of 5"

"Check in was streamlined. The house is beautiful with 2 big decks. There is a small playground and tennis courts right across the street. The property manager reached out to us so we had her contact info if needed. The only issue was there is no drip coffee machine,only a keurig with only tea pods, so we had to run into town to get some pods. Would definitely stay again!!"
