Villa Elena is set within a green oasis—its large garden—which is meticulously maintained and extends around the entire perimeter of the house.
The villa boasts an exclusive lake view, enjoyable from both the ground floor and the ground floor (sleeping area).

The villa features a large swimming pool equipped with lounge chairs, a shower, a beach umbrella, and a table—perfect for breakfast or lunch by the pool.

Access to the property begins with a long driveway lined with maritime pines, at the end of which you’ll find private parking spaces reserved for our guests.
The entrance to the property leads up an elegant staircase with a separate entrance, guiding us into our Villa, which is furnished with elegance and attention to detail.

Inside, the villa features a bright entryway that leads into a large living room with windows overlooking the lake.
The kitchen, equipped with every amenity, opens onto a large porch furnished with sofas and tables—perfect for outdoor lunches and dinners.
The ground floor also features a bathroom and an utility room with a washing machine.

The ground floor, flanked by a spacious terrace overlooking the lake, houses 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, all equipped with double beds and air conditioning.


The parking area is uncovered and located within the villa, with space for up to 4 cars.

The villa has three floors; the basement is currently OCCUPIED.
The entrances are separate and independent; the only shared area is the driveway, which is accessible to both guests and hosts by car.
