The title says it all, the water view we're incredible to wake up to every morning and the over all feel of the property was very comfortable. We had a great stay!
We had an amazing time there. It was perfect for just us two. We had no problems at all, everything was great! It was wonderful being right on the water and the sunsets were spectacular!
This place had an amazing front row seat to the awesome sunsets over the lake. Peaceful, perfect for a couples get away. Perfect shading from the trees on the hot afternoons.
Great stay, gorgeous scenery, could use a few improvements
Spent a lovely weekend with my boyfriend, lovely place and very clean, my only unenjoyable comments would be on washing blankets for bed! They stunk! And buy some decent bed pillows!!!! And couch was covered in pet hair!!! Needs a bath mat!! Floor very slippery and very cold!! But would definitely rent again!!!
Due to bad weather that had passed through the area we were unable to stay here due to power outage...upon entering this property it matched the listing looked very comfortable and clean and had the most amazing view! After calling the rental staff about the power being out, they worked quick to offer and move us to another property - Here comes the sun- this rental was very close by and had an equally amazing view, was very clean and comfortable, smelled wonderful and was equipped with everything we needed for a great stay! It was a wonderful weekend and we have CB rentals and Jessica to thank for that! 10/10!!
First, the host, Jessica was stellar on all fronts.
Had a problem with the cooktop and Jessica immediately helped us out. She went above and beyond to make sure our trip was enjoyable, which it was. A+++ to Jessica.
We will return when funds permit!
Everything we had hoped for!
Coming from the city where there is so much noise pollution, dirty streets, crime, traffic, etc. that weighs heavily on the soul, a plce like this was extremely cleansing. We loved it. This placed offered an incredible view that was peaceful and serene. No traffic and incredibly friendly locals. Deer were abundant and added to the ambiance. The evening stars were so bright you felt like you could teach up and grab one. We loved it so much we are actively looking for our own piece of paradise. Thank you!

Beautiful getaway
This place was amazing. It was a perfect getaway spot for two. The area offers a lot of recreation opportunities, and the cabin offers plenty of relaxation opportunities, the best of both.
The only negatives, the water heater desperately needs a sulfur treatment. The hot water smells so bad.
For people who don’t know the area, there needs to be something in the description that says the driveway is super steep and has no turn around. If you have a trailer, make sure to bring wheel chalks and back it in, as backing a trailer up that hill is going to take some super skill.
It was very quiet and relaxing. There were about 15-20 steps to get to the cabin, so it is not handicap accessible. The driveway was narrow and steep. The inside was very clean and cozy for a weekend getaway. We loved grilling out all weekend with our lines in the water. Fishing was not terrible. We caught a lot of bluegill and sunfish. Saw several baby large mouth but they werent interested in any of the bait we had. Nothing was active for nighttime fishing. Overall, i highly recommend for any couple that is wanting to do a small getaway for relaxation and rest
House over the dock. Great novelty. But comes with nuances. Steep driveway, a little precarious. Fourty feet of stairway after driveway. So limit provisions if possible. All in all, enjoyed the stay for two and for two days.

Beautiful views and great location. Dock home was open when we arrived - unlocked. No blankets as stated but the management company brought us a set. We had to wipe down surfaces, sweep up, and cover the couch due to dirt, stains, and pet hair. There is well water at this location.
Super cute studio! Only bad part is it smelt like cigarette smoke when we got there. Most linens are provided, but on the listing it says they aren’t. Not much sunlight hits the deck which is a bummer, but if you have a boat or jetski the whole time it’s nice. I will be back!
This was a very nice getaway for my husband and I. It’s right above the water, good fishing. And you can tie off your float to the dock and enjoy the water and sun. We would stay here again. The driveway is STEEP! And you’ll want to bring towels, paper products, including toilet paper, trash bags and sheets. We got it all at the local food lion and left it after our stay for the next guest. It’s close to a lot of restaurants and shops, plus some really nice wineries!
The host was great but we ran into several problems. We arrived at night and found the stairway lighting was not working so we had to use flashlights to get down a very steep set of stairs in pitch black to get to the house. When we tried to use water in the sink, it smelled of rotten eggs. The coffee maker had very old grinds that were totally molded so we had to sanitize the machine. That said, the bed was comfortable and the cabin was clean. I think in the height of the season, the experience may have been different. Clearly the cabin was empty for a little while which caused the issues. We alerted the host so hopefully it doesn't happen again.
