Cozy WATERFRONT condo in a quiet cove. Private Boat launch

  • Welcome to our relaxing get away. Our cute one bedroom waterfront condo is a little piece of paradise here at SML. The view is gorgeous from both inside and out! After a fun day outside, you can cozy up on the full size couch, the loveseat or the oversized chair to watch a show on one of the smart tv’s or, play one of the games off the shelf. If you prefer to sit outside and watch the sunset with an iced tea or glass of wine, this waterfront porch is the perfect spot. When you are ready to hit the sheets, you will enjoy the king size bed or the queen sleeper sofa. Once you are refreshed, enjoy a cup of coffee or tea which are both provided. The decor in the condo is very tasteful and will make you relax the moment you walk in. To cool off or just enjoy the sun or a picnic, you can go jump into the family friendly waterfront pool or sit with your little ones at the kiddie pool. There are plenty of lounge chairs, tables with umbrellas and restrooms w/ showers just steps away. If you play tennis you’ll love the onsite courts. There is a fully stocked kitchen but if you prefer a good cookout, enjoy the poolside gazebo with large gas grills and several outdoors seating areas. The location is convenient to the Westlake Center, the County Park, and the Bridgwater Marina where you’ll find an arcade, great local shops and live music on weekends. It’s also only a short boat ride to Gills Creek or Crazy Horse marinas.
    There is a nice boat launch at the condo but no slip will be available for you with this rental. There is a large area near the launch for your boat and trailer. We hope you will be here to visit soon and we look forward to hosting you! Great MID lake location
    NOTE The last day the pool will be open is usually the Monday after LABOR DAY . The Cabana and bathrooms will stay open longer to enjoy the fall weather before needing to be winterized.

What a great place! We had never been to Smith Mountain Lake VA before ! It’s absolutely beautiful! Our Host Todd was amazing! The condo was clean and well stocked for us. The view was amazing! The sunsets were spectacular! We couldn’t ask for a better place for rest and relaxation. We had a wonderful, definitely would love to come back

Great Quiet Place

This place was perfect for what we wanted. Just a quiet place that wasn’t over crowded and allowed us to enjoy the pool and the lake for a relaxing weekend. Close to all local attractions.

Great fishing weekend!

Fished the Cabelas Big Bass tournament and this property is perfect for fishermen. Nice amenities including it's own boat ramp.

Beautiful area

It was so relaxing having coffee on the porch looking at the lake. The unit was just perfect. Everyone we met was so friendly and helpful. I loved every minute of our visit.

Everything was great!

The condo was perfect for our family for a quick weekend getaway! It was clean, well-stocked and had a beautiful view. My kids enjoyed the pool and we loved the onsite boat ramp access. We would definitely stay here again in the future!

The views are Beautiful

Lovely place to relax and enjoy the lake. The pool is very well kept and people are very friendly. Cabana is a great place to cook out. The condo was very clean and the King Bed is very comfortable.

Fishing at SML

Great location, right on the water. My brother and I stayed 3 nights while fishing Smith Mountain. Very comfortable accommodation for the 2 of us. Todd, the manager, was extremely helpful and very quick to respond with any questions we had.

Beautiful lake view

Property is exactly as described. It has a beautiful view of the lake. The condo is very comfortable and has everything you need. The kitchen is snug, but well-equipped if you prefer to cook (Kroger is only 6.5 miles away). We would definitely come back.

My husband and I stayed here for two nights and had a wonderful time. It’s just the right size for two people. It was so nice to have coffee and tea available, along with shampoo, conditioner, and body lotion. Bed was very comfortable too. And really loved the hidden closets in the bedroom. Thank you again for having us. We would definitely stay here again if we are in the area.

Lots of hooks in bathroom- which is wonderful. Easy check in and out.The unit is a bit worn, including coach in sitting area and front door that we were unable to lock from the inside. Place felt a bit musty and was not as clean as I expected, including the front porch which needed a deep sweep.

Great Location

We absolutely loved the condo location. It was super clean and had a picturesque view of the pool and marina. It was very comfortable. The property manager was very responsive. We arrived late at night and the lock box and key code that was shared ahead of time worked well. Our rooms were along the back side where there was good ground lighting, but there was no way to see the room numbers after dark without walking up the steps of individual units to shine a phone light on them one by one. I would recommend some low lighting on the room numbers.
