Characteristic terraced house which extends over 3 floors located approx. 2 km from the picturesque seaside village of Moneglia on the Riviera di Levante, in Liguria. Beautiful terrace with awning, equipped for outdoor dining with a splendid sea view. Public parking approx. 30 m from the house. Less than 2 km from the sandy beach of Moneglia, ideal for families with children with its gently sloping seabed. Moneglia is on the border with the Cinque Terre and offers panoramic paths and a rich culinary tradition. Ideal location for visiting villages and cities such as Chiavari, Portofino, La Spezia and Genoa.
