The rooms open onto a very spacious terrace (100 m²) for the exclusive use of guests, offering a stunning view of the sea and the nearby village of Moneglia, which has held the prestigious Blue Flag designation since 1990—a guarantee of high-quality swimming waters and a strong commitment to environmental sustainability.
The outdoor area features a dining table and several lounge chairs for private sunbathing; there is also an outdoor sink with hot and cold water.
The apartment features a spacious and bright open-concept living area with a modern kitchen equipped with an electric oven and dishwasher. The comfortable adjoining living room is equipped with an LED TV and Wi-Fi coverage throughout the apartment.
There are two bedrooms: one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. The bathroom features a very spacious shower, a double sink, and an adjacent laundry room with a washing machine.
All rooms are equipped with air conditioning and heating for a comfortable stay year-round.
The apartment includes a FREE private outdoor parking space. No surprise extra charges upon arrival (except for the tourist tax, which is mandatory for all guests staying in accommodation in Moneglia; €1.00 per night per person).
For the months of July and August, check-in and check-out are only on Saturdays, with a minimum stay of 7 days.

Moneglia, a Blue Flag town and one of “Italy’s Most Beautiful Villages” ( https://borghipiubelliditalia.it ), is located between the Cinque Terre and Portofino, not far from Sestri Levante, Chiavari, and Rapallo.
The charming hamlet of Lemeglio also serves as an excellent starting point for hikes eastward, leading to Deiva Marina or the Bracco Pass along unspoiled trails rich in vantage points offering breathtaking views overlooking the sea. Other hikes are possible towards the west to reach nearby Riva Trigoso by walking through the valleys located above the “Strada delle Gallerie.”
